The Sdudy Of Professor Zhao Zhenchang’s Treatmen Experience Of Chronic Renal Failure Based On Data Mining Methods

Purpose: Medical record collection of Professor Zhao Zhenchang treatment of chronic renal failure,finishing with the data analysis,to summarize to Professor Zhao Zhenchang drug law treatment of chronic renal failure and academic thinking.Method: Collected outpatient medical records of Professor Zhao Zhen Chang from January 2014 to December 2015,utilize the contemporary famous old doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine medical analysis mining system software(Beijing University of Science and Technology,Beijing Jin Linglan information technology limited liability company),through correlation analysis,analysis of drugs,prescription analysis,group analysis data path analysis,object of prescription drug use of rules mining,analysis was made on the treatment of chronic renal failure’s experience on the drug,finishing academic thoughts,explore the regularity of prescription Professor Zhao Zhenchang.Result: Analysis to the 500 prescriptions to calculate every herb of the frequency of occurrence,mining association rules between the Chinese traditional medicines,use the highest frequency of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)followed by Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,radix rehmanniae,Cornus officinalis,astragalus,Codonopsis,Atractylodes,tuckahoe,Chinese yam,tuckahoe,Rhizoma imperatae,turtle shell,eucommia,cicada slough,silkworm,Rhizoma Dioscoreae hypoglaueae.Use of drugs to the kidney,liver,spleen,the drugs used to taste sweet,sour,warm and flat.Then symplectic,cool products,drug combination appears the highest frequency of the top five followed by Radix Rehmanniae Radix Rehmanniae Preparata;Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Fructus Corni;Radix rehmanniae,Cornus officinalis;dangshen,Baizhu;Poria,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae and digging out five core combinations and four new prescription.Conclusion: Zhao Zhenchang,a professor of clinical chronic renal failure is divided into the following types: the spleen and kidney qi deficiency: treated with Yiqi Bushen Jianpi,choose Four Gentlemen Decoction Everising Sheng Shen Qi pill,medicinal Radix Pseudostellariae,Radix Astragali,radix rehmanniae,Atractylodes,Poria,Alisma,dogwood,yam,Che Qianzi,Achyranthes and licorice;the spleen and kidney qi and yin deficiency:treated by supplementing qi and nourishing Yin,invigorating the kidney and spleen,treatedby supplementing qi and nourishing Yin,invigorating the kidney and spleen,choose six taste glutinous rehmannia Decoction and Radix Pseudostellariae,Huangqi decoction,Radix Pseudostellariae,medicinal Astragalus,rehmannia,Poria,Alisma,dogwood,yam,salvia,rhubarb;the liver and kidney yin deficiency: treated by nourishing liver and kidneys,six party Dihuang Wan combined Yiguanjian Decoction,medicinal cornel,rehmannia,Poria,Chinese wolfberry,Chinese yam,Alisma,Plantago,radix,angelica,Achyranthes,Kawa Ko,dzunarica;two treated with deficiency of Yin and Yang,supplement Nourishing qi and blood,nourishing yin and Yang,choose maiweidihuang pill combined with Astragalus and Angelica Decoction,medicinal rehmanniae,radix rehmanniae,ophiopogon root,tuckahoe,yam,Cornus officinalis,astragalus,angelica,cistanche.Professor Zhao Zhenchang in the years of clinical findings,the disease is the deficiency of the turbid pathogens standard,and blood stasis poison,so in clinical medicine is fond of kidney and spleen,such as radix rehmanniae,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria,astragalus,yam and so on;when the body evil is mainly to the performance of medicine Zhao Zhen Chang,Professor of medicine,to dampness turbidity,such as Polyporus,Alisma,Plantago,rhubarb,Yu Li Ren;long into the network,meridian qi stagnation and blood stasis,so Professor Zhao Zhenchang like to use Chinese herbal medicine to make blood stasis runs and meridian blood access,clinical commonly used salvia,angelica,red peony root,earthworm,three seven other blood products.Professor Zhao Zhenchang found that the treatment of chronic renal failure experienced by this study,use of Bushen Jianpi Xiezhuo products,like the compatibility of blood stasis.Statistical analysis of drug through frequency analysis and cluster analysis and other statistical methods,data mining that chronic renal failure is the spleen and kidney deficiency,dampness,heat,toxin and stasis and evil stasis in the treatment with nourishing kidney,lean marrow,Spleen Qi Nourishing,qingrehuashi Huoxue Huayu Tongluo detoxification,etc.for the treatment of law,as to provide a reference for us to inherit and carry forward the name old doctor of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic renal failure theory and treatment.
