Objective:1、Building up the a set of scientific, feasible planting tool box of surgical instruments cleaning process, work as guidance of rational and efficient use of cleaning equipment among nursing staff in supply room,improve the quality of equipment cleaning.2、Responding the cleaning requirements and specifications accurately of planting surgical instruments, reducing the equipment loss and inclining the cost.3、Exploring the best cleaning process which can meet the requirements of clinical infection control may help prevent and control the iatrogenic infections effectively, ensure the safety of the staff and improve clinical satisfaction.Methods:1、Set up a research group to investigate the existing the specific pattern of the cleaning process, detect the existing process of medical instruments cleaning quality and the human resource needed for the case.2、Invited experts to take part in the semi-structured interviews, combining with literature review study, planting tool box of surgical instruments in the cleaning process, including six first-level indicators,17 secondary indexes and 29 secondary index entries specific content.3、The Delphi method is used to live in the form of a questionnaire to 15 for two rounds of expert consultation.4、Two people check the results of expert consultation into the computer, using spss17.0 software for data analysis.5、To form a new cleaning process,survey the cleaning quality under the new process and human resources needed for the case.Results:1、Two rounds of expert consultation questionnaire effective recovery rate were 100%, the expert authority coefficient was 0.87, the average scores of the indexes were above 4.50, and the coordination coefficient is 0.399, the variation coefficient of 0.00-0.11, full marks than 0.60 1.00; Secondary process necessity and feasibility of split were higher than 4.60, and the coordination coefficient is greater than 0.133, the variation coefficient of 0.00-0.12, full marks than 0.73 1.00; Check method divided the were higher than 4.60, the necessity and feasibility of coordination coefficient is greater than 0.267, the variation coefficient of 0.00-0.10, full marks than 0.801.00; P values are less than 0.05.2、According to the need manpower, cleaning time and the quality comparison in different processes, in combination with expert analysis, consultation result has good validity of the letter; it shows that planting tool box of surgical instruments cleaning process in hospital infection control.Conclusion:Finally constructed by the index of 6 one class,17 secondary index, and 29 specific items of planting tool box of surgical instruments in the cleaning process. |
