Clinical Observation Of Catgut Embeding Combined With Yougui Bolus In The Treatment Of Diminished Ovarian Reserve Caused By Kidney Deficiency

Objective:By observing the treatment of catgut embeding combined with Yougui Bolus in diminished ovarian reserve,caused by kidney deficiency,to assess the clinical efficacy,menstruation situation, clinical symptoms and sex hormone levels,and to study the effect of correlation.Method:The study includes 60 patients with DOR,according to simple randomization method, patients are randomly divided into catgut embeding combined with Yougui Bolus group and embeding group,30 cases in each group.All patients are selected from Acupuncture and Gynecology Department in Nanjing Hospital of T.C.M in February 2015 to February 2016. Through the treatment of catgut embeding combined with Yougui Bolus for 3 months,to observe the clinical curative effect, the menstrual changes, Chinese medicine symptom integral and follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) level changes before and after the treatment.Results:1.The clinical symptoms in DOR patients are all improved after the treatment of catgut embeding combined with Yougui Bolus and only catgut embeding,and in catgut embeding combined with Yougui Bolus group, total efficiency rate is53.57%, total effective rate is 92.86%.In the embeding group,total efficiency rate is 21.43%,total effective rate is 85.71%,so total efficiency rate and total effective rate in the catgut embeding combined with Yougui Bolus group is higher than embeding group.2.The two groups all can improve the patients’menstrual situation,total efficiency rate is 57.14% and total effective rate is 92.86% of catgut embeding combined with Yougui Bolus group,and total efficiency rate is 25% and total effective rate is 78.57% of embeding group,so catgut embeding combined with Yougui Bolus group is superior to embeding group.3.The two groups after treatment of TCM symptom score is decreased, the comparison before and after the treatment with significant difference (P< 0.05), the two groups after treatment compared with significant difference (P< 0.05),catgut embeding combined with Yougui Bolus group improve TCM symptoms integral is superior to the embeding group.4.Two groups of treatment can reduce FSH levels,and they have significant difference compared before and after the treatment (P< 0.05).Compared the two groups after treatment, have significant difference (P<0.05).Two groups of treatment can regulate endocrine levels, and improve ovarian function.Conclusions:The treatment of embeding combined with Yougui Bolus group can improve patient’s clinical symptoms,and embeding combined with Yougui Bolus group is superior to embeding group.It can also regulate menstruation condition and reduce FSH levels.lt is curative effect,and it’s a safe and effective method that easy to widely clinical application in the treatment of DOR.
