Recently,colloidal-gold immune chromatography has developed rapidly,and been widely used in many fields,such as food inspection,disease detection,water quality examination and so on.Colloidal-gold strip,as a kind of common test papers,can only be read manually and the results is always qualitative.However,colloidal-gold immune chromatography can’t meet the testing requirements when the number of samples is large,high measurement precision is needed.Besides,the results is also often misread.So it is necessary to develop a new device which is able to get quantitative results to improve the measuring sensitivity and accuracy and expand application fields.In this paper,a new method combining embedded technology and colloidal gold immune chromatography is proposed to realize quantitative analysis after investigating colloidal gold strip analysis technology and the development of embedded technology at home and abroad.To accomplish software design,application system was divided into six functional modules by analyzing function requirement firstly.After selecting embedded system and building the development environment,a customized special Win CE system is developed to design detail function for each module.The work process of the colloidal-gold strip quantitative analyzer can be described as follows: LEDs irradiate the test samples,Electro-Optical sensor system detects reflected light by test samples and convert the light signal into electric signal.After that,the system will output detection data through the handling of gathered data.Different shades of colloidal-gold strip colors can be determined by calculating the intensity of reflected light,so the concentration of test samples can be indirectly obtained.For the purpose of concentration algorithm design,area method is used to process collecting data to get the ratio firstly and then fitting concentration regression curve by means of least square method.The concentration of unknown samples will be obtained by evaluating the regression curve equation for the ratio.At last,using the zearalenone samples for experimental verification,it provesthat the error of the colloidal-gold strip quantitative analyzer is less than 5%;the coefficient of variation(CV)is less than 3%,the results have good repeatability.
