Objective: In this study, 40 patients with breast lesions in patients with breast dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI(Dynamic enhanced MRI DCE-MRI) examination, the rendering time- signal intensity curve(time-signal intensity curve TIC), a semi-quantitative calculation of the dynamic enhancement parameters Discussion TIC of the correlation value and DCE-MRI and the tumor boundary between benign and malignant,provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and choice of treatment options.Materials and Method:In this study, female breast patients from July2014 to December 2015 in our hospital 40 patients, aged 33-75 years,with a median age of 48 years. Wherein: invasive ductal carcinoma, 19 cases of invasive papillary carcinoma of the small and micro fiber adenoma in 18 cases, suppurative granulomatous inflammation in 2 cases.All patients were with the examination, underwent surgical resection or biopsy confirmed that no preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy.Enhanced dynamic semi-quantitative parameters measured TIC calculations. Statistical analysis SPSSl9.0, using two-sided test, with P =O. 05 inspection standards.Statistics pathological diagnosis of 20 cases of benign lesions,dynamic enhanced TIC curve is type I or type II; 20 cases of malignant lesions, dynamic enhanced TIC curve is type II or III.In DCE-MRI strengthen each of the parameters, the malignant group except peak time(Tmax) is lower than the benign group, the rest of the parameters were higher than benign group, wherein the first-pass enhancement ratio(Efirst), maximum enhancement ratio(Emax)( %),maximum enhancement rate(Vmax), the maximum relative enhancement slope(Eslop) there was a significant difference(P <O.05) between the two groups. In strengthening the region at different distances in the tumor margin, tumor margin 5mm parenchyma Efirst, early enhancement rate Ee, early intensive rate Ve, respectively malignant tumor Efirst, Ee, Ve is a significant correlation. 10 mm from the edge of tumor substantial strengthening parameter values ? ?associated with tumor strengthen parameter part, from mass 15 mm substantial strengthening parameter values and strengthen the mass parameter no significant correlation.In this paper, the dynamic enhanced magnetic resonance TIC curves were analyzed dynamic enhanced TIC as an important indicator of diagnosis of breast lesions, it plays an important role in the diagnosis of breast disease. By strengthening the dynamic parameters of TIC it can be used to obtain qualitative breast tumors, while different from the substance of breast malignancy and tumor edge peripheral enhancementparameters with different dependencies, invasive breast cancer can be used to determine the range.
