Clinical Efficacy Analysis Of Four Strands Of Autologous STG Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction Under Arthroscopy

Objective:Study on Evaluation of arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction with four-strands autologous STG clinical curative effect,summarize the experience of surgical experience and treatment.Materials and methods:All the medical records were collected in Shandong University of traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital of sports injury orthopedic and minimally invasive orthopedic ward, since July September 2014 to 2015 in our hospital of 33 cases of knee joint anterior cruciate ligament injury patients, all patients were successful were arthroscopic four-strands autologous STG reconstruction of anterior cruciate ligament surgery, postoperative formulated with perfect rehabilitation plan and check regularly. Before and after surgery, Lysholm score and IKDC score were used to evaluate the function of knee joint.Results:In this group, 33 cases of patients after the regular outpatient review, have been effective return visit, the use of Lysholm score, IKDC score,P < 0.05 has statistical significance, excellent and good rate of 93.94%.According to the patient’s subjective and objective evaluation, the function of knee joint was significantly improved, and the curative effect was satisfied.Conclusion:Anterior cruciate ligament injury in patients with arthroscopic reconstructive surgery can significantly improve the function of knee joint, the operative trauma, secondary injury of knee joint lighter,shorter hospitalization time, postoperative early rehabilitation training,the overall effect is satisfactory.
