Exploration On The Anticoagulation Effects Of Xiaoshuantongmaiyin On Warfarin By The Anticoagulation Tests On Rats

Purpose: To explore the effects of Xiaoshuantongmaiyin on the anticoagulation effects of warfarin so as to determine medications for LEDVT(Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis).Methods: LEDVT models were made on rats,Four groups were set up,including Xiaoshuantongmaiyin group,warfarin group,combination of Xiaoshuantongmaiyin and warfarin group and blank control group.The four groups of rats were separately given a gavage of Xiaoshuantongmaiyin,warfarin,both Xiaoshuantongmaiyin and warfarin and normal saline.The drug administration last seven days.Then,blood was drawn from the abdominal aorta of the rats and anticoagulation tests were conducted,96 hours and 192 hours after the administration.The purpose of the tests was to determine the index including APPT,TT,FIB,PT and INR.Rusults: Noticeable decline in value of INR,PT,APTT,FIB and TT was detected(p<0.05).Though,the index value of warfarin was unstable.The Xiaoshuantongmaiyin and the combination group have stable index values.Conclusion: Both warfarin and Xiaoshuantongmaiyin have the effects of anticoagulation.Warfarin has a significant effect but it also has obvious side effects and is likely to cause bleeding tendency.On contrary,Xiaoshuantongmaiyin has stable effects and will not cause bleeding.The combination of both of them has stable anticoagulation effects and will not canse bleeding.
