| Objective: To observe and evaluate the clinical curative effect of acupuncture by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit on primary dysmenorrhea of qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome. Providing a more efficient, convenient and effective treatment for the primary dysmenorrhea.Methods: The 66 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups of each 33 cases. The experimental group was treated with acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit. Selection of acupuncture points were Baihui(DU20), Sishencong(EX-HN1), Shenting(DU24), Benshen(GB13), Yintang(GV29), Neiguan(PC6), Taichong(LR3), Hegu(LI4),Zhongji(RN3), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Diji(SP8). The control group was treated with routine acupuncture. Selection of acupuncture points were Hegu(LI4), Zhongji(RN3), Sanyinjiao(SP6), Diji(SP8), Shiqizhui(EX-B8), Ciliao(BL32). Observing changes in the patient before and after treatment in the COX Menstrual Symptom Scale(CMSS) and Visual Analogue Scale(VAS).Results: 1. Before and after treatment, two groups of CMSS and VAS scores were significantly different(P<0.05). Compared two groups after treatment in CMSS, and VAS scores were significantly different(P<0.05).2. Total effective rate of experimental group and control group were 95% and 85% respectively. After statistics analysis, the tip in the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit and routine acupuncture were both effective methods to improve menopausal symptoms in patients with depressione,the tip of total effective rate in the two groups had significant difference, and with the addition of obvious improvement in CMSS and VAS scores, the acupuncture therapy by dispersing the stagnated liver-qi and regulating the spirit was much better than routine acupuncture. |
