Objective: To observe and evaluate the main clinical symptoms of patients with hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire by Acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit. In order to explore the clinical effect of acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit on this disease.Methods: 60 cases were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. The treatment group, treated by acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit combinded with regular acupuncture therapy, choice Baihui(GV20) 、 Sishencong(EX-HN1) 、 Shenting(GV24) 、 Benshen(GB13) 、Yintang(GV29)、Neiguan(PC6)、Taichong(LR3)、Tiantu(RN22)、Danzhong(RN17)、Zusanli(ST36)、Fenglong(ST40)、Riyue(GB24)、Qimen(LR14). The control group to the regular acupuncture therapy, choice Tiantu(RN22)、Danzhong(RN17)、Zusanli(ST36)、Fenglong(ST40)、Riyue(GB24)、Qimen(LR14). Through the main clinical symptoms before and after treatment, the curative effects were observed. Finally, we dealt with the data by SPSS 17.0 and drew the conclusion.Result: 1.Acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit and routine acupuncture were both effective methods to improve symptoms in patients with hyperactivity.But in comparison,the acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit were much better than routine acupuncture.2. Treatment group and control group total effective rate were 93.3% and 83.3% respectively. After statistics analysis, the tip in the two groups had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: Acupuncture therapy by Dispersing the stagnated Liver-Qi and Regulating the spirit combined with regular acupuncture therapy and regular acupuncture therapy were both effective methods to treat hyperactivity of heart-fire and liver-fire.The former was superior to the latter. |
