| Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dachaihu decoction in treating bile regurgitational gastritis(BRG).And to explore the mechanism of Dachaihu decoction.Methods: The 60 patients with bile regurgitational gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with Dachaihu decoction,the control group was treated by Domperidone and Hydrotalcite.Four weeks formed a course of treatment. Observe and record the TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment.All data were analyzed with SPSS 17.0.Result: The clinical therapeutic effect and the improvement of bile reflux under gastroscopy of the treatment groups,had an obviously advantage over that of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The treatment group single integral was lower than those before treatment(P<0.01).During the experiment,there was no record of safety index anomaly and adverse reactions.Conclusions: The clinical effect of Dachaihu Decoction in treating bile reflux gastritis is significant,without obvious side effect.The treatment mechanism may be enhanced by gastrointestinal motility, and promote gastric emptying, regulating stomach and duodenum movement rhythm, prevent bile reflux into the stomach, while protecting gastric mucosa, promoting mucosal injury repair. The clinical study results verify the clinical therapeutic effect of Dachaihu Decoction in treating bile regurgitational gastritis,and has a further research and discussion of the value at the same time. |
