Studies On Preparation Technology And Quality Standard Of Wulian Capsule

Objective: Chronic gastritis is a clinical common digestive system disease, modern pharmacological studies have shown that the Rhizoma et Radix Cynanchic and Periplaneta americana L. have good curative effect in curing this disease.This subject mixed the Rhizoma et Radix Cynanchic and Periplaneta americana L. to make a capsule which can promoting the drug dissolution rate and quickly absorbed and improve the clinical curative effect and easy to eat.The parameters in the process of preparation were optimized.The quality of the capsule was evaluated according to the 2015 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia.We want to obtain a mature preparation technology and curative effect’s capsule which can accruing the chronic gastritis.Method: First, optimizing the extraction conditions by single factor experiment,then combining with orthogonal experiment to optimize Cynanchum bungei Decne and Periplaneta americana L’s extraction process;Baishouwu benxophenone is the index of the Wulian capsule’s molding process; We use TLC method to qualitative identification the two kinds of traditional Chinese medicine; To measure the Baishouwu benxophenone’s content in Cynanchum bungei Decne’s extracts by HPLC; We analyze the amino acid in the Periplaneta americana L by UV; To evaluate the capsule’s quality according to the fourth part of the 2015 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia.Result: Wulian capsule’s extraction process: Cynanchum bungei Decne’s extractionprocess is adding 8 times 95% ethyl alcohol to extract twice with 2 hour each time and merge the filtrates standby; Periplaneta americana L’s extraction process is adding 10 times 15% ethyl alcohol to extract twice with 1.5 hour each time and merge the filtrates standby;Let the two traditional Chinese medicine to a relative density of 1.05~1.25 respectively. By TLC,the test samples to Cynanchum bungei Decne, Periplaneta americana L and the control herb showed on the corresponding position have the same spots. Through the quantitative analysis,the Baishouwu benxophenone’s content is no more less than 0.2 mg of per capsule.Conclusion: The extraction process of the wulian capsule is simple and reasonable, the preparation process is practicable and the capsule we made is conforming with the fourth part of the 2015 edition of Chinese pharmacopoeia. The capsule is an effective preparation for the treatment of chronic gastritis which is deserving an in-depth clinical research.
