Clinical Theoretical Study And Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Subjective Dizziness Belong To Deficiency Of Kidney Essence With Dabushen Prescription

Objective: Investigate Dabushen Prescription in the treatment of Chronic Subjective Dizziness theory and observation of chronic Chronic Subjective Dizziness belongs to kidney essence deficiency treated by Dabushen Prescription with paroxetine in the treatment of dizziness, anxiety and depression, clinical symptoms changes, the evaluation of Dabushen Prescription treatment Chronic Subjective Dizziness is feasible and effective.Methods: Based on the traditional Chinese medicine works as the theoretical basis,the analysis of the cause and pathogenesis of chronic subjective dizziness.Collecting chronic dizziness patients 60 cases that according to the inclusion criteria, were randomly assigned to two groups, 30 cases in treatment group, giving Chinese medicine Dabushen Prescription combined with Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets(Le You) treatment; control group(30 cases), giving Paroxetine Hydrochloride Tablets(Le You) treatment. The two groups were all 7 days a course of treatment, continuous treatment of 4 courses.Observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment by the Dizziness Handicap Inventory Scale(DHI),and the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS),the TCM Syndrome Integral Scale changes in the score.Results: 1.According to the Dizziness Handicap Inventory Scale(DHI) effect comparison, the treatment group total effective rate 93.55%, the control group total effective rate 63.33%, the treatment group improved the dizziness symptom curative effect is obviously superior to the control group(P<0.01).2.According to the Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS), the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.55%, the control group was 80%, the treatment group was better than the control group to improve the degree of anxiety and depression(P<0.05).3.According to the TCM Syndrome Integral Scale, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.10%, and the control group was 56.67%, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group to improve the clinical symptoms of TCM(P<0.01).Conclusion: Clinical study results show that Dabushen Prescription in improving belongs to the kidney essence deficiency chronic subjectivity in patients with dizziness dizziness, dizziness sink or unstable sense of symptoms, the degree of anxiety and depression, clinical symptoms of Chinese medicine has remarkable curative effect.
