Analysis Of EDAS Combined With Tongqiao Yisui Decoction In The Treatment Of Ischemic Moyamoya Disease

Objective: To observe and analyze the advantages and disadvantages of EDAS and EDAS combined with Tongqiao Yisui Decoction of two methods in the treatment of ischemic moyamoya diseaseMethods:By imaging examination selected from our hospital in September 2006 to September 2014 ischemic moyamoya disease patients 60 cases, were randomly assigned to two groups: EDAS combined with Tongqiao Yisui decoction treatment group(52 cases), simple EDAS were as control group(50 cases) and in all cases were long-term follow-up survey, to observe the degree change in the were compared between the two groups of patients in the clinical efficacy, clinical neural function defect score, TCM syndrome score and other aspects.Results:In the treatment group, the clinical total effective rate was 86.5% and the control group, the total effective rate was 70.0% compared with significant difference(P < 0.05); treatment group after treatment and follow-up of neural function defect score and clinical symptoms were improved significantly. activity of daily living score at the end of the follow-up period after a marked improvement with control group had significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion: EDAS combined with Tongqiao Yisui decoction treatment group ischemic type moyamoya disease in patients with clinical efficacy and prognosis were significantly better than the simple EDAS group, and can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients, which to improve the quality of life of these patients has very positive significance.
