Object:Based on professor Lou duofeng’s theory of "XU Xie Yu",through the clinical investigation of ankylosing spondylitis(AS),on the basis of previous studies, enlarge the sample size, increase the variables, continue to explore the AS TCM symptoms, research AS TCM syndrome type distribution characteristic, guiding clinical syndrome differentiation type, further standardize the AS syndromes, provide the basis for AS characteristic of Chinese medicine treatment. Methods:After reading related literature and consulting relevant experts and other methods, according to previous graduate students make the AS information questionnaire form new questionnaire,in strict accordance with the study AS diagnosis,in cases, exclusion criteria selection,in April 2015 to December 2015 in henan rheumatism hospital outpatient service and the questionnaire survey to 124 AS patients in hospital, and combined with previous graduate students to collect 206 cases,a total of 330 cases, and will collect the data into the database, using SPSS19.0 statistical software for data processing, using descriptive analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis and cluster analysis, statistical methods, such AS syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine to further standardize the AS research AS evidence type distribution, and provides the dialectical basis. Results: 1.Included in this study AS a total of 330 cases of patients,274(83.0%)cases of men, women and 56(17.0%),the male to female ratio is about 4.9:1;Age 14 to 59 years old, with an average of 30.71 ±9.44 years, the attacks more than 10 ~ 30 years old;Course for 2 ~ 20 years more;Etiology is given priority to with fatigue 58(17.6%)cases,give priority to with the wind cold dampness resistance,144(43.6%)cases,give priority to with trauma in 55(16.7%)cases,an unknown in 111(33.6%);First onset season more than 36 cases(10.9%)in the spring,summer,116(35.1%)cases,53(16.1%),autumn winter 71(21.5%),an unknown 54(16.3%);Have a family history of 185(56.1%),145(43.9%)cases without family history.Past history of ocular inflammatory lesions and tended to oral mucosa ulcer,respectively,46(14.0%)cases,35 cases(10.6%).2.The collected 330 patients with AS,waist and back morning stiffness, pain, stiffness, restricted or malformation is the common symptoms.307 other variables in the activity reduce rest after aggravating, rest alleviate fatigue after aggravating, lumbar debility, soreness, temperament irritable variables, such as high frequency.3.The factor analysis 13 common factor, cluster analysis variables clustered into seven categories, combined factor analysis of the resulting 13 common factors and apply the “Xu Xie Yu” theory AS syndromes are divided into 7 class:(1)Deficiency of kidney deficiency and dampness, stagnation of blood stasis syndrome(2)Dampness and blood stasis, kidney yin deficiency syndrome;(3)Stagnation of Qi and blood stasis, deficiency of Qi and blood;(4)Kidney yang deficiency and cold dampness syndrome;(5)liver depression stasis stagnation, kidney dampness;(6)Qi and yin deficiency, stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome;(7)Qi and dampness, phlegm syndrome. Conclusion:The problem according to Professor Lou duofeng "Xu Xie Yu" theory, ankylosing spondylitis TCM type is divided into:(1)Deficiency of kidney deficiency and dampness, stagnation of blood stasis syndrome(2)Dampness and blood stasis, kidney yin deficiency syndrome;(3)Stagnation of Qi and blood stasis, deficiency of Qi and blood;(4)Kidney yang deficiency and cold dampness syndrome;(5)liver depression stasis stagnation, kidney dampness;(6)Qi and yin deficiency, stagnation of phlegm and blood stasis syndrome;(7)Qi and dampness, phlegm syndrome.
