Clinical Observation Of Huanglian Comfrey Ointment Promoting Wound Healing At Mixed Hemorrhoids Postoperation

Objective: To observe the whole process of mixed hemorrhoid patients postoperative wound healing and to evaluate of Huanglian comfrey ointment in wound healing time,wound granulation tissue growth,the number of fibroblasts and the prevention of edema effect,and so on curative effect,to explore its mechanism of promoting wound healing,which will provide a scientific basis for clinical choice drug use.Methods:60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who met the diagnostic standard wereincluded in this topic,according to the design method of randomized,parallel group were randomly divided into treatment group(Huanglian comfrey ointment group),and the control group(Dragon ball ointment group),every group have 30 cases.Two groups of patients all had mixed hemorrhoid milligan in waist hard joint anesthesia downlink by doctor.Since the first postoperative day,after defecation,two groups of patients were treated with fumigation bath by warm boiling water.Put the mayinglong musk hemorrhoids suppository(Produce by Mayinglong Pharmaceutical Group co,LTD.state food and drug administration approved a kind Z42021461)in anus,treatment group switching were given Huanglian comfrey ointment(supplied by the first clinical hospital pharmacy department of henan university of traditional Chinese medicine)gauze dressing,the control group were given Dragon ball ointment(by Mayinglong Pharmaceutical Group co.,LTD.Production of state food and drug approval size Z10950017)treatment,one time a day,until the wounds healed.Two groups of patients in such aspects as age,gender,wound area,were no statistical difference of comparable(P > 0.05).To Observe and record the change of the liver and kidney function、adverse drug reaction before and after medication;In the process of wound healing,dressing carefully to observe two groups of patients with medication(2,6,13 days)after the clinical symptoms and signs such as wound pain,edema,etc.,and carries on the quantitative score.at 6,13 days with medication,observe wound growth and record detailed quantitative score.And we extract 10 patients from each group,and take normal tissues on wound central from each one,to do pathological section,observation of two fiber cell number by microscopic;The wound healing time of the patients were recorded in each group.And statisticalanalysis was carried out on the above indexes.Results: 1.The Huanglian comfrey ointment group have no liver and kidney function damage and adverse reaction,and the curative effect is distinct.2.The treatment group in terms of pain relief and control group have no significant statistical difference(P >0.05);in the early treatment of edema,compared with Longzhu ointment,at second days,P > 0.05,there was no statistical significance,at the 6th day、13th day,there were statistically significant differences(P < 0.05);In terms of wound granulation growth,Huanglian comfrey ointment group compared with Dragon ball ointment,at 6th,13 th day(P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The results showed that Huanglian comfrey ointment can obviously promote wound granulation growth afte 6 days treatment later;the average healing time of Huanglian comfrey ointment group was(19.63 + 1.30),dragon ball ointment group was(22.53 + 2.40),The treatment group than the control group 2.9 days in advance,Two groups are significantly different(P < 0.05);after 6 days treatment,the number of fibroblasts of Huanglian comfrey ointment was significantly higher than that of the Dragon ball ointment group(P < 0.05),the difference in this two group was significant;at 13 th days,the treatment group’s fibroblast number is lower than before,the Result suggest us fibroblasts hyperplasia was significantly reduced.but fiber cell number of dragon ball ointment group was increased(P < 0.05),but it is lower than the treatment group at the 6th day of fiber dimension,the difference is statistically significant.Huanglian comfrey ointment can promote fibroblasts hyperplasia of mixed hemorrhoid postoperative wound,make its early matured for fiber cells,and promote wound healing.Conclusion: 1 in the process of clinical application,Huanglian comfrey ointment have obviouslly effect,with no obvious adverse reactions and side effects.;2 Huanglian comfrey ointment can significantly reduce the wound edema of patients who have mixed hemorrhoid operation in the stage of wound healing after;3.Huanglian comfrey ointment can promote the growth of granulation tissue and fibroblasts proliferation,make its matured for fiber cells as soon as possible,shorten the wound epithelization time.
