The Study Of The Clinical Application Law Of Yong Quan(KI1) Acupoint Before Qing Dynasty

Objective:Through collating and analyzing the relevant information of Yong quan(KI1)acupoint in Chinese medicine literature before the Qing dynasty(including Qing dynasty),to sum up the clinical application law of Yong quan(KI1)acupoint in the ancient medical literatures.Methods:Using the "Chinese Medical Classics"(Fifth Edition) published by electronic audio and video publishing house of hu nan as the main data sources and retrieving the related literature of Yong quan(KI1)acupoint,then set up the relevant data base sand analyze those date through the software SPSS19.0.Results:There were 58 Kinds of syndromes treated by Yongquan(KI1) acupoint alone, in which there are 26 Kinds of advantageous syndromes were screened.There were 228 Kinds of syndromes treated by Yong quan(KI1)acupoint combined with other acupoints,in which there are 22 Kinds of advantageous syndromes as same as those high frequency prescriptions of acupoints were screened.There are 154 Channels acupoints and 13 extra-points combined with Yong quan(KI1).The main acupuncture techniques are moxibustion and needling.The most common depth of needling is needle-third while the time for acupuncture is three breath and the quantification for moxibustion is three zhuang.Conclusion:The results of the study show the ancient clinical application of Yong quan(KI1) comprehensively and have a great reference value for future clinical and scientific research. At the same time,the process of establishing the data base and data mining provide the ideas of new research modes for the study on characteristics and regularity of acupuncture and moxibustion.
