Compound Lactobacillus Acidophilus Piece For The Treatment Of Helicobacter Pylori In The Early Cure Failed Again To Effect A Radical Cure The Clinical Effect Of Study

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets Combined with 10d bismuth-containing quadruple therapy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori (Hp) infection after failed standard triple or quadruple therapy,and side-effects of anti-helicobacter pylori treatment.Methods:Two hundred seventy patients with gastritis in whom triple or quadruple therapy failed were enrolled. These patients were then randomly assigned in equal numbers to group A,group B,group C.Group A received a 14d pretreatment with Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets 1 g(2 capsules),three times a day,for 14 d(dl-14),followed with esomeprazole 20 mg+amoxicillin 1000 mg+furazolidone 100 mg+colloidal bismuth subcitrate 220mg,twice a day,for 10 d (d15-24).Group B received Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets for 14d(dl-14),and contemporarily the same bismuth-containing quadruple therapy 10d (dl-10).Group C only received 10d bismuth-containing quadruple therapy.For the three groups,a 13C-urea breath test was conducted 4 wk after completion of the therapy to assess the outcome of residual Hp eradication,and side-effects of anti-Hp treatment.Results:The eradication rates of Hp in group A,B,C were as follows:per-protocol (PP):87.8%(79/90),82.0%(73/89),72.7%(64/88),the eradication rate of Hp in Group A was higher than that in Group B (P=0.283),and also higher than Group C (P=0.012),the eradication rate of Hp in Group B was higher than that in Group C (P=0.140). Intention-to-treat (ITT),87.8%(79/90),81.1%(73/90),72.2%(65/90),the eradication rate of Hp in Group A was higher than that in Group B (P=0.219),and also higher than Group C (P=0.009),the eradication rate of Hp in Group B was higher than that in Group C (P=0.160).The incidence rate of side effects in group A,B>C were as follows:PP:6.7%(6/90),4.5%(4/89),19.3%(17/88).The incidence rate of side effects in Group A was higher than that in Group B (P=0.528),and lower than that in Group C (P=0.012),the incidence rate of side effects in Group B was lower than that in Group C (P=0.002).ITT,6.7%(6/90),4.4%(4/90),20%(18/90).The incidence rate of side effects in Group A was higher than that in Group B (P=0.516),and lower than that in Group C (P=0.009),the incidence rate of side effects in Group B was lower than that in Group C (P=0.001).Conclusion:Compound Eosinophil-Lactobacillus Tablets can help promote the Hp eradication rate and reduce the occurrence of anti-H.pylori therapy related side-effects.
