The Comparison Of Curing EBTB Method And Curative Effect Of APC, Cryotherapy And APC+Cryotherapy

Objective:To compare the advantages and disadvantages of three methods in the treating bronchial tuberculosis with the APC group, the cryotherapy group and the APC+cryotherapy group, and observe the curative effect and safety of the three treatment methods.Method : The clinical data of 46 EBTB patients by brochoscopy interventional therapy who cames from the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the Second People’s Hospital of Yueyang City from January 2011 to December 2015 was retrospective analyze.Result: The studies show: 1. During the treatment,when brochoscope through the glottis,the respiration and heart rate were obvious speed compared with other parts,which had significant difference(P < 0.05). While when brochoscope through the lesion, the respiration and heart rate had a significantly changed downwards.In turn, APC group> APC+Cryotherapy group > Cryotherapy group, these results had significant difference(P <0.05). The change of SPO2% was same as that of respiration and heart rate.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). 2. There was a little change in blood WBC, CRP or ESR treating by cryotherapy group,whereas WBC, CRP and ESR gradually went up by APC, The changs of WBC, CRP and ESR by APC+cryotherapy was between cryotherapy and APC. 3. The researches data was found that the course of disease was cut down treating by APC+cryotherapy than by APC and cryotherapy.Moreover the proportion of airway remission was 71.4%, 52.9% and 93.3%(P < 0.05) after treatment in the three groups corresponging by APC,bycryotherapy, by APC+cryotherapy.Conclusion: The data indicates that among of treating EBTB method APC+Cryotherapy is superior to APC or cryotherapy.It is of the advantage of security,shorten the course,effective in treatment.
