Research On Features Between Syndrome And Constitution Of TCM Syndrome In Patients With Different Contralateral Hemiplegia By Cerebral Ischemic Stoke

Objective: Research on features between syndrome and constitution of TCM syndrome in patients with different contralateral hemiplegia by cerebral ischemic stoke,and analysis about the differences of hemiplegia tendency of characteristics by the data.find the theory basis of patients clinical physical adjustment and syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine for hemiplegia.Methods: As the research object in ischemic cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia patients,through collecting case report form(CRF) patients with clinical data.We reasonable use of statistical methods to analysis the Constitution and Syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine Syndrome.analysis of the patient’s symptoms integral, find the relationships between constitution and syndrome. watch for ischemic cerebral apoplexy hemiplegia in different side,the differences of body.Results: The most common types of syndromes of left hemiplegia patients is Xue-yu,the others in turn is Yin-xu-yang-kang,Tan,Feng,Qi-xu,Huo-re. The most common types of syndromes of right hemiplegia patients is Tan, the others in turn is Feng,Qi-xu,Xue-yu,Yin-xu-yang-kang, Huo-re. Two groups of physical types are not find Te-bing physical. The left hemiplegia common set of traditional Chinese medicine physique is Yin-xu physical,Tan-shi physical,Qi-xu physical,Ping-he physical,Xue-yu physical,Yang-xu physical,Shi-re physical,Qi-yu physical. The right hemiplegia common set of traditional Chinese medicine physique is Tan-shi physical,Qi-xu physical,Yin-xu physical,Yang-xu physical,Qi-yu physical,Ping-he physical,Xue-yu physical,Shi-re physical. And according to two kinds of indexes in proportion, TCM syndrome and TCM constitution type, both is more obvious differences.Conclusion: Stroke patients with hemiplegia in different side have more obvious differences in TCM syndrome and TCM constitution type.With the Study, There is an association between TCM syndrome and TCM constitution type that we found. About the corresponding stroke contralateral hemiplegia patients there is also a difference in the syndrome differentiation treatment principle. Left hemiplegia patients should use clearing heat for resolving stasis or nourishing liver and kidney, right hemiplegia patients should use moistening lung for removing phlegm or invigorating spleen and replenishing qi.
