| Objective:In this study, combining the theory of Chinese medicine and Western medicine, to explore the pathogenesis and treatment of elderly diabetic foot from the two aspects of theory and clinic system. Methods: the statistics from 2005 to 2011 years were 60 cases of elderly patients with diabetic foot. The external Shengjiyuhong ointment in the treatment of 30 cases of senile diabetic foot patients into the treatment group; in conventional debridement and sterilization for the control group, treatment of 30 cases. For 2 months, and were followed up for 3 months to observe the relapse and adverse reaction.Results: the clinical observation, the total clinical efficiency: the treatment group was 93.3%, 84% in the control group, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05); in improving the clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory indicators, reduce recurrence rate, prolong the recurrence interval were better than the control group(P< 0.05). Conclusion: the basic pathogenesis of senile diabetic foot was Qi and yin deficiency, damp heat toxin and blood stasis bet. The etiology and pathogenesis, according to symptoms, supplementation and attack the principle, with "Eliminate, Draw toxin and Tonify"-- Qingrejiedu dehumidification, Tuodu myogenic, supplementing qi and nourishing yin for treatment consisting of Shengjiyuhong ointment for external use, for the treatment of senile diabetic foot has the exact effect. |
