The Clinical Study On The Pen Yan Fang Treatment Of CPID Type Of Blood Stasis And Deficiency Of Kidney

Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of the self-proposed Pen Yan Fang in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease type of blood stasis and deficiency of kidney.Methods: We choose 60 patients with diagnosised of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease type of blood stasis and deficiency of kidney as the research object,who see a doctor in Heze city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in March 2014- March 2015. These patients is divided into two groups according to the principle of random, treatment group: 30 cases of oral Pen Yan Fang, control group: 30 cases of oral Pen Yan Jing particles. We observe the changes of TCM symptoms and local signs and hemorheology before and after treatment, and evaluate its clinical efficacy.Conclusion Results: The treatment group was superior to control group in comprehensive clinical curative effect,Chinese medicine symptom curative effect, and the improvement of the symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine. And it has significant differences.The treatment group was superior to control group in improving a patient’s blood rheology.Conclusion: The PenYan Fang in treating of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease type of blood stasis and deficiency of kidney, can alleviate the patient’s symptoms and signs effectively, and can change the hemorheology indexes significantly. The curative effect is distinct,and drugs are safe. So the Pen Yan Fang is the effective method for clinical treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
