The Clinical Observation Of Yiqihuoxue Method In Elderly Type 2 Diabetic Nephropathy (Qixuxueyu Syndrome)

Objective This study took the traditional chinese medicine syndrome differentiation as its guiding ideology and combined Chinese and western medicine as its features. Under the guiding principle of yiqihuoxue method, We observed the clinical curative effect of shenqifuzheng injection united alprostadil injection in the treatment of elderly type 2diabetic nephropathy early(qixuxueyu syndrome), and discussed its mechanism of action.Method In our hospital’s departments of geriatric medicine and endocrinology,we selected 60 cases up to the standard of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy patients(qixuxueyu syndrome), and divided them into treatment group and control group randomly,and each group has 30 cases. The two groups were given basic treatment(step-down,lipid-lowering, hypoglycemic). At the same time of foundation treatment, control group were given the alprostadil injection 10 ug, one times a day; treatment group on the control group were given shenqifuzheng injection 250 ml, one times a day. Three weeks as a course of treatment, and we observed two courses of treatment. During the period of observation, we recorded the changes of TCM syndrome integral, urinary albumin /creatinine(ACR), urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(SCr), cystatin-c(Cys-C),hemorrheology indexes, blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin in detail.Results After two courses of treatment, the clinical comprehensive efficacy showed that the total efficiency of treatment group was 93.33% and control group was 70.00%, and the treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05). In the TCM syndrome integral, before and after treatment the two groups all could significantly reduce the TCM syndrome integral(P < 0.05), and the comparison between groups after the treatment showed that the treatment group was better than that of control group(P < 0.01). The clinical efficacy of indicators showed that both groups could significantly improve urinary albumin / creatinine(ACR), urea nitrogen(BUN), serum creatinine(SCr), cystatin-c(Cys-C)and hemorrheology, so the curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than thecontrol group(P<0.05 or P<0.01). The blood glucose of two groups before and after treatment did not produce significant change(P>0.05), after treatment between the two groups was also no significant difference(P> 0.05), two groups all can maintain a stable blood sugar at the appropriate level.Conclusion The group of shenqifuzheng injection united alprostadil injection has a significant effect in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetic nephropathy early(qixuxueyu syndrome), can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, and reduce the clearance rate of urine protein, protect renal function, regulate blood viscosity, but had no effect on blood sugar.
