Objective:Observe Tangyisheng-1 Decoction on clinical efficacy in patients with IGT, and its implications for type 2 diabetes in rat pancreatic β-cell distribution, the impact of proliferation and apoptosis.Methods:60 patients were divided into treatment group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases). Based on the treatment, the treatment group added Tangyisheng-1, the control group was given Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets. Observe two groups before and after treatment of clinical symptoms, signs of change, blood glucose, blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin, glucose tolerance, insulin levels, body mass index, safety index, waist hip ratio and the change of animal. Wistar rats were fed with high glucose and high fat diet combined with intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin, observe the size and distribution of beta cell morphology of islet HE staining, ki67/ins staining for proliferation.Results:in the treatment group, fasting blood glucose, blood lipid and sugar Glycated hemoglobin, glucose tolerance, insulin levels, body mass index, waist hip ratio, clinical symptoms were significantly improved compared with the control group, with significant differences, during the test, no obvious adverse reactions. FBG rats, fins after treatment, body weight were lower, there are differences with the control group.Conclusion:Clearing away heat and activating blood circulation, strengthening the spleen and invigorating the kidney, lung and intestinal sugar as the main principle of prescriptions the law regulating pancreatic lth on curative effect in patients with IGT, can lower the blood sugar, blood lipid, insulin levels can improve pancreatic morphology, inhibit and delay of β-cell apoptosis and promotes pancreatic P-cell regeneration and repair, improve islet function.
