The Clinical Study Of Tongyong Zhixue Decoction In Treating Bleeding Phase Of Anovulatory Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Tongyong Zhixue Decoction in the treatment of Bleeding Phase of Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding(Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type) and explore the hemostatic mechanisms by referring to the study of this medicine home and abroad.Method: Sixty volunteers up to standard were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 people in each group. Observe the short stage hemostasis effect, and the index change of serm calcium and potassium before and after the treatment for the patients in each group. Have a simple analysis on the medicine’s curve effect and safety.Result: The treatment group demonstrated a definite effect, and its gross hemostasis effect rate was 93.33%, while in the control group, the percentage was 76.66%. The hemostatic effect of the treatment group was obviously higher than that of the control group. See from the experimental indicators’ change of the serum calcium and Traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score, the curative effect of the treatment group was also obviously higher than that of the control group. The analysis of the statistics showed that the medicine’s hemostasis effect does not show a significant difference between volunteers with different ages or which degree the disease is in for the two groups.Conclusion:Tongyong Zhixue Decoction has a remarkable curative effect in Treating Bleeding Phase of Perimenopausal Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding(Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type), and it is worthy to be popularized in clinic.
