| Objective:By observing the Shugan granule in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with the clinical curative effect of depressive symptoms, to discuss the new method in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy, in order to improve the quality of life in patients with diabetes, reduce patients psychological pain, reduce the morbidity of the disease.Methods:60 cases of diabetic peripheral neuropathy with depressive symptoms were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group and control group, each of 30 cases. Clinical intervention study lasted for 8 weeks, the control group given based hypoglycemic therapy given Methycobal 500ug+10ml0.9% saline bolus QD, the forefront of the 20ug+0.9% normal saline intravenous drip QD were evaluated on the basis of treatment of the underlying disease. The observation group in the control group based on the treatment of oral Shugan granule, a bag, three times a day,blunt with boiling water. Observation of TCM syndrome, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, nerve conduction velocity, depression scale were measured and examined 8 weeks after.Results:The TCM syndromes, blood glucose, electromyography, nerve conduction velocity, depression scale score of the treatment group were improved significantly compared with the control group. That Shugan granule can be soothing the liver and regulating the circulation of Qi and alleviate the depressive state of the patients, and improve the nerve conduction velocity, and treatment group overall efficiency was 73.3%, control group comprehensive efficiency is 50%, the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Shugan granule can obviously improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy associated with depressive symptoms in patients with clinical symptoms, blood glucose, nerve conduction velocity, depression table score and Various index, clinical curative effect is remarkable, with good clinical significance. |
