The Clinical Research About The “Shuganjieyuhuaji” Treatment Of The Cancer-related Depression Syndrome

To observe the difference of therapeutic effect in all patients. Using SPSS19 statistical software for statistical analysis of data, statistical data to mean + standard deviation(s). Comparison between groups using the rank sum test, before and after the group compared with paired t test, P<0.05 said that there was statistical significance.Results:1,The western medicine group after treatment, the total effective rate was 56.67%, the total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was 63.33%. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05). 2, before and after treatment HAMD score comparison, by t test, the traditional Chinese medicine group and Western medicine group before and after the treatment of HAMD points with statistical significance(P < 0.05). After t test, the comparison between the two groups, no statistical significance(P > 0.05). The two groups showed no significant difference between the two groups in the improvement of HAMD score. 3, before and after treatment SERS score comparison, by t test, before and after the treatment of Chinese medicine group and between the two groups of SERS points with statistical significance(P < 0.05). And has lower side effects.Conclusion:The Traditional Chinese medicine group and the Western medicine group in the treatment of malignant tumor associated depression syndrome of the overall clinical efficacy and improve the HAMD score no significant difference in the; Chinese medicine group with QLQ-C30 scores better than western medicine group in improving and Chinese traditional medicine than in the group of Western medicine in the treatment of with lower side effects of treatment. With "Shugan Jieyu product" prescription can improve the quality of life of patients in a certain extent, reduce the side reactions caused by treatment. It provides a new method for the treatment of tumor associated depression syndrome. Worthy of further research and promotion.
