Study On Clinical Intervention Of Tangyisheng-2 Decoction On IGT And Experimental Study On Islet Cell Of Rat

Objective:We observe the effect of tangyisheng-2 decoction on IGT patients and the influence of Islet Cell of rat from clinical and experimental.Method:Clinical observation of tangyisheng-2 decoction on 60 cases of patients with IGT blood sugar blood fat, fasting insulin, the influence of the indexes of body mass index; Animal experiments using of high sugar and high fat feed chain of Wistar rat abdominal cavity injection of urea with cephalosporins (STZ) in T2DM rats model was established, after observation of tangyisheng-2 decoction on T2DM rats blood glucose blood lipid, fasting insulin and weight, the effect of immunohistochemical method to detect Insulin and Glucagon in the situation, HE staining to observe morphology changes of islet cells.Result:This study shows that tangyisheng-2 decoction can significantly reduce blood glucose blood lipid levels in T2DM patients, body mass index. Wuziyanzongwan can give a good effect on rats’blood glucose, fasting insulin and body weight, and can repair effect on islet cell injury.Conclusion:Clinical and experimental studies showing that:tangyisheng-2 decoc tion which are made up according the principle of Bupiyishen is safe and Wuziyan zongwan can repair effect on islet cell injury.
