Objective:To investigate the hemodynamic effects of combined shenmai and shenfu injection in aged hip joint surgeyMethods:50 patients scheduled for hip joint surgery were enrolled, age 60-75, ASA status II-III. All patients had no myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, uncontrolled hypertension, or anaemia. All patients got informed consent and ethical approval of our medical center. 50 patients were randomly divided into two groups, contol group and combined group(shenmai and shenfu injection), 25 patients for each group. The combined group was administrated shenmai injection before surgery, and shenfu injection after surgery. The hymodynamic parameters were recorded by LIDCO rapid noninvisive cardiac output monitor, including HR, MAP, CO, CI, SVR. The timepoint was selected at anesthetic induction(T0) for baseline, 10 min after anesthetic induction(T1), skin incision(T2), 30 min after skin incision(T3), skin seaming(T4), 30 min after skin seaming(T5).Results: Compared with T0 timepoint within each group, HR was significantly increased at T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 timepoints. However, the MAP, CO, CI and SVR were significantly decreased at T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 timepoints. Compared between two groups, both had no statistical difference at T0 timepoint, p>0.05. Compared with control group, neverthless, the HR of combined group was decreased, and the MAP, CO, CI and SVR were increased at T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5 timepoints, p<0.05.Conclusions:Combined usage of shenmai and shenfu injection maintain stable hemodynamic status in aged patients. |
