Objective: 1.To observe the lung suppression efficacy of Lung Tumor Paste combined with chemotherapy for advanced lung adenocarcinoma, 2.study the effects were observed in the Lung Tumor Paste combined with cisplatin on Lewis lung carcinoma in mice growth inhibition and cell proliferation, investigate the possible mechanism of Lung Tumor- Paste in the treatment of advanced lung adenocarcinoma tumor suppressor in lung, and provide certain clinical and theoretical basis of Lung Tumor Paste treatment on advanced lung adenocarcinoma.Methods: 1.Based on clinical study of 65 patients with stage ⅢB or IV lung adenocarcinoma patients according to treatment regimen chemotherapy group(31 cases) and Lung Tumor Paste plus chemotherapy group(34 cases) and chemotherapy group were treated with cisplatin and pemetrexed pemetrexed or docetaxel regimen, Lung Tumor Paste plus chemotherapy regimen combined with pulmonary tumor cream, 2 cycles were observed before and after treatment the main symptoms, quality of life(KPS score), tumor markers changes and adverse reaction incidence.2. Animal experiment established in Lewis lung cancer mice model, divided into six groups, respectively, model group(M), the low-dose group of Lung Tumor Paste(ZD), medium-dosage group(ZZ), high dose group (ZG), and cisplatin group(S), Lung Tumor Paste combined with cisplatin group(SZ) respectively, to give the corresponding treatment, intragastric administration for 21 days later, kill the mice transplanted tumor, the measurement of the tumor volume and by immunohisto chemical observation of cell proliferation.Results:1 Lung Tumor Paste plus chemotherapy group improved the symptoms better than chemotherapy group, cough, hemoptysis, fatigue and anorexia have statistical significance(P < 0.05).2. Variation size: chemotherapy group and Lung Tumor Paste plus chemotherapy group in narrow lesions have significance(P < 0.05); Lung Tumor Paste plus chemotherapy group in the efficiency aspect is obviously superior to the chemotherapy group(P < 0.05), but the disease control rate, no statistical significance(P > 0.05).3. Quality of life: Lung Tumor Paste plus chemotherapy group in improving the physical condition is superior to chemotherapy group(p<0.05).4. Tumor markers: after chemotherapy treatment group CEA levels decreased(P < 0.05), CA125, CYFRA21-1 decreased, no statistical significance(P > 0.05); Lung Tumor Paste plus chemotherapy group CEA, CYFRA21-1 after treatment have decreased significantly(P < 0.05), a decline of CA125 is not statistically significant; between the two groups of CEA, CA125, CYFRA21-1 three difference no statistical significance(P > 0.05).5. Safety index, Lung Tumor Paste plus chemotherapy group after treatment(P = 0.29), nausea and vomiting(P = 0.38) incidence rate is lower than that in the chemotherapy group, have statistical significance, hematology and indicators of kidney function had no statistical significance between the two groups(P > 0.05).6. Tumor volume: except the ZD group, the rest of the group and M group was statistically significant; dose of Chinese medicine group in addition to ZZ group and ZG group(P > 0.05), between the remaining dose group compared with statistical significance, the higher the measurement of traditional Chinese medicine, the smaller tumor volume; tumor volume of SZ group is the smallest, and with other groups compared with statistical significance.7. Ki67: the positive rate of nuclear staining in treatment group was lower than that in M group, and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Comparison between the two two groups, in addition to the ZZ group and the ZG group compared with P>0.05, the other groups were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Results:1. Lung Tumor Paste combined with chemotherapy can significantly improve the advanced the clinical symptoms of lung adenocarcinoma patients, improve the quality of life, reduce the volume of solid tumors, while reducing the CEA, CYFRA21-1 level and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea, vomiting, hematology and liver and kidney function and treatment group no significant difference, indicating that the Lung Tumor Paste without obvious side effect, provide a clinical basis of Lung Tumor Paste better application on lung cancer treatment. 2. Lung Tumor Paste has inhibitory effects on the growth and proliferation of Lewis lung tumor, lung tumor extract and high dose of low dose has significant antitumor effect. Lung tumor extract slow tumor growth had synergistic effect on cisplatin inhibiting cell proliferation.
