Objective: To contrast the influence of the different approaches to be hospitalized on the cardiac function of the STEMI patients;to evaluate the current situation of treating and curing the STEMI patients in our hospital/and to provide founctation for making the link of chest paintreatment better.Methods: 90 STEMI patients(in the 24 hours of the attacking diseases,treating and curing in the Center of Heart of the our hospital)are divided into three groups,A group(patients of their own freewill are treating and curing in our hospital),B group(patients sending to our hospital in the 120 ambulance),C group(patients sending to our hospital from others’).Comparing the situation of the three groups:(1)the basis line of the data;(2)the heart function of the patients after the emergency PCI operation 1 month later.Adopting the SPSS19.0 statistical software to analysis and process.Adopting Chi-square test to count digit,adopting one-way ANOVA,Ftest to count quantity,Adopting Student’s t test for multi-comparison and the plotting of histogram.There were statistical differences if P<0.05.Results: In the situation of three groups,the rates of ambulances circumambulate Emergency Department and arrive in Catheterization Room are 0,66.7% and 40.0%separately.the rate of B is obviously higher than C(P<0.05).In the three groups,the times of patients with chest pain arriving at hospital are 1.91±1.23 h,2.64±1.08 h and 11.53±7.42 h,the rate of A is significantly less than C(P<0.05),and the rate of B is obviously less than C(P<0.05).In the three groups,the times of getting across the door-to-balloon dilatation(D-to-B)are 131.98±27.76 min,65.10±28.32 min and 86.23±16.76 min,the rate of A is significantly longer than B(P<0.05)and C(P<0.05),the rate of C is significantly longer than B(P<0.05).Before arriving the hospital,the rates of examining electrocardiogram are respectively 60.0%,100% and 100%,the rate of A is significantly less than B(P<0.05)and C(P<0.05),and the rate of others is no more significance.In the three groups,the rates of treating self-consciously are respectively 80.0%,73.3% and 26.7%,the rate of A is significantly higher than C(P<0.05),and the rate of B is obviously higher than C(P<0.05),and the rate of others is no more significance.In the three groups,In the three groups,the rates of patients do Killip ≥Ⅱ at once are 0,3.3%and 33.3%,the rate of A is significantly lower than B(P<0.05)and C(P<0.05).In the there groups,the rates of age,the treatment of sec-pouring,consulting doctors,typical syndrome,the pain of radiology,nausea and vomiting,the patients’ rate of heart,systolic pressure,diastolic pressure,seriously cardiac arrhythmia,the history of coronary disease,the family history of coronary disease,and no more significance,the history of high blood pressure,sugar diaberes,the history of hyperlipemia,the history of cerebral hemorrhage or TIA,physical condition,smoking,infarct of front wall,infarct of bellow wall,infarct of side wall,infarct of later wall,the illness of front falling branch,the illness of right coronary artery,the illness of circling branch,the test of blood sugar at once,blood potassium,blood sodium,blood chlorine,are no more significance.In the three groups,the rates of LVEF are 52.37±10.82%,62.4±6.40%and49.43±8.78%,the rate of A is significantly less than B(P<0.05),the rate of B is significantly more than C(P<0.05),and the rate of others is no more significance.In the three groups,the rates of LVDF are 52.40±3.56 mm,49.73±2.07 mm and 53.17±3.69 mm,the rate of A is significantly higher than B(P<0.05),the rate of B is significantly less than C(P<0.05),and the rate of others is no more significance.In the three groups,the rates of NT-pro BNP are503.13±365.76pg/ml,175.73±102.55pg/ml and 799.70±572.37pg/ml,the rate of A is significantly higher than B(P<0.05)and C(P<0.05),the rate of B is significantly less than C(P<0.05).In the three groups,the rates of 6-minutes walking test are333.17±89.21 m,408.37±57.18 m and 224.73±129.22 m,the rate of A is significantly less than B(P<0.05),the rate of A is significantly higher than C(P<0.05),the rate of B is significantly higher than C(P<0.05).Conclusion: In the three groups,the total ischemia time of who is sending to our hospital in the 120 ambulance is minimum,and the function of heart is the best,the rate of feeble and die heart is less,can be a routine mean of the treatment of sec-pouring,in the general hospital or special hospital which can having an operation a whole day.
