Objective: To observe resuscitation method with pungent and warm natured drugs in the treatment of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome of acute ischemic stroke(AIS) clinical efficacy and effect on inflammatory factors of cerebral infarction in acute stage, to further explore the pungent resuscitation and clinical significance in the treatment of AIS,And to explore the use of Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) theory of of phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome of AIS, in order to enrich the method of TCM diagnosis and treatment, perfecting the theory of TCM.Methods: 60 patients with phlegm turbidity and blood stasis syndrome of AIS patients met the inclusion criteria according to admission time in September 2014-February 2016 the order, randomly divided into treatment and control groups,30 cases in each group. According to " Guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke in China 2010", the control group norms secondary prevention and treatment of stroke, the treatment group on the basis of the control group conventional treatment, give the prescription of resuscitation with pungent and warm natured drugs created by my tutor,14 days for a course of treatment, one day a agent in early dinner after half an hour after take lukewarm(at the end of the musk 1g halves with a blunt), respectively in the first working day after admission in patients with rating scale and laboratory tests, in 14 days after treatment to evaluate again. Evaluation by observing the physician to complete the function, inflammatory indicators, safety indicators such as laboratory tests performed by Weifang TCM hospital laboratory, curative effect evaluation and the result analysis.Result:1 Comparison of two groups of patients with general informationThere were no significant differences in age, sex, course of disease and underlying diseases between the two groups(P>0.05). The two groups were comparable in the groups.2 Effect of resuscitation method with pungent and warm natured drugs on of AIS on phlegm turbidity and blood stasis typeThe statistical analysis: before treatment, the TCM syndromes in learning score, neurological deficit score(NIHSS), inflammatory factors and other biochemical indicators, two groups there is no statistical difference(P>0.05), the two groups had comparability. After treatment, the TCM syndrome score, NIHSS score and inflammatory factor were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05).Curative effect of treatment group in the degree of neurological deficits, significantly better than the control group(P<0.05); in the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, compared with the control group, there is a very significant difference(P<0.01).3 Safety and adverse reactions observed indicatorsDuring the treatment, the two groups of patients before and after the treatment of safety indicators(three conventional, liver and kidney function, ECG, etc.)were not significantly changed, and no adverse reactions were found. The prescription of resuscitation with pungent and warm natured drugs curative effect in the treatment of phlegm and blood stasis AIS significantly, no obvious side effect. Conclusion: Using resuscitation method with pungent and warm natured drugs of phlegm stasis type of AIS can effectively improve the neurological deficit situation, improve the inflammatory response, improve clinical outcomes, clinical application is safe and effective.Study on the theory of TCM also found that resuscitation method with pungent and warm natured drugs can make the scattered blood phlegm, tong li qingqiao. Thus the use of resuscitation method with pungent and warm natured drugs treating AIS is worth of clinical application.
