1、Study on the Main Pharmacological Effect of Chuan Min Tuo on AthmaObjective:ChuanMinTuo is an effective Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) from a experienced TCM doctor Liu Zhihai, is used to treat with asthma of children for many years.The pharmacodynamics research of Chun Min Tuo is no documented.Methods: By histamine induced asthma experiment, the quantity of phenol red secretion in airway of mice experiment, the mice auricle swelling experiment, the cough experiment induced by ammonia in mice and rat foot swelling experiment. Use the five experiments to make a preliminary study of Chun Min Tuo on relieving asthma, reducing phlegm, anti-inflammatory, and relieving cough effect.Result:1 Chuan Min Tuo can prolong asthma incubation period and delay the onset of asthma of the guinea pig.2 ChuanMinTuo can facilitate the discharge of sputum in the airway of mice by phenolsulfonphthalein experiment;3 ChuanMinTuo reduced the xylene ear edema reaction in mice and carrageenan induced rat paw swelling in rats.4 Chuan Min Tuo reduced the number of cough and prolonged the latency period of coughing in mice induced by ammonium hydroxide significantly.Conclusion: Preliminary study showed that Chuan Min Tuo had good effect on relieving asthma, reducing phlegm, anti-inflammatory, and relieving cough effect, its mechanism remains to be further in-depth study in future.2、Studies on the Residual of Organic Solvent and Aqueous Solution Stability of NeamineObjective: As an anti tumor candidate drug, neamine can effectively inhibit the nuclear translocation of angiogenen. Neamine was firstly found as a neomycin impurities, but also has a strong biological activity. It is a very promising candidate antitumor drugs. At present, most studies on the quality control of the raw materials of neamine have been completed and also including the pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of neamine.Methods: 1 By consulting relevant literature, and a lot of preliminary experiment, the chromatographic conditions were determined, including the selection of gas phase column, scientific experiment temperature set, and then take sample testing, the result of the experiment was evaluated according to "2015 Version Chinese Pharmacopoeia"..2, By consulting relevant literature, from the effects of the p H on stability of the neamine and classical constant temperature method to predict the stability of the neamine solution at room temperature.Conclusion:1 Measured by the gas chromatography, methanol residue in samples of three batches of neamine was below the limit, and the ethanol is not checked out, which is in accordance with regulation in 2015 Version Chinese Pharmacopoeia.2 The p H value of the neamine solution degradation rate curve is W, which is belong to the exclusive alkali catalytic degradation reaction. Neamine in the weak acid and weak base environment is stable, but not stable in the strong acidic environment,which is easy to degrade, and its p Hm is 9. The degradation rate of the neamine in the water is accelerated along with the temperature, which is 9.8h when the temperature is under 25℃ for t90, 16.6h at 4℃.
