| In this paper the optical properties of four kinds of breast tissues(the normal breast tissues, the breast fibroadenoma tissues, the mastopathy tissues and the breast cancer tissues)are studied. The purpose of this study is to make an optical and nondestructive testing diagnosis method, and in this way the pain of patients can be reduced.Firstly, two comparations are made: the comparation between the adding doubling method and Monte Carlo method, the comparation between the results of inverse adding doubling method and the theoretical values. The results showed that the adding doubling method and the inverse adding doubling method are faster and more accurately, which was more helpful for the realization of fast and nondestructive diagnosis for the breast diseases. The study of the optical properties of the four kinds of breast-tissue-similarity phantom is based on the Monte Carlo simulation、the principal components analysis and the cluster analysis. The results of the research indicated that the samples can be classified into the serious illness category and the hypopathia category, and the research provides a rationale for the fast and nondestructive diagnosis of breast diseases. Then the experiment system is applied to detect the milk with melamine, and the experiment results indicated that 63 milk samples were classified into 3 categories according to the concentration of melamine, and the milk samples with low concentrations of melamine could be classified more accurately. The experiment achieves the goal of qualitative identification and classification, which lay a theoretical foundation for the qualitative and nondestructive diagnosis of breast disease. After that, the absorption coefficient of the four kinds of breast tissues are obtained by the inverse adding doubling method and the results showed that the relative errors were all less than 2.5%. Finally, the pork tissues soaked with different concentrations of Sudan are used to simulate the breast tissues and the absorption coefficient and scattering coefficient are obtained by the IAD method. The optical properties of the normal pig tissues received by the IAD method are similar to the data in the references. The experiment laid the foundation of extracting optical parameters of different breast tissue. |
