| Objective: Through the case report and review of literature, discussed the clinical manifestation、diagnostic procedure、treatment prescription and the latest development of chronic basophilic leukemia(CBL).Method: Report a case about CBL diagnosed in our hospital, introduce the diagnose procedure, treatment and prognosis of the disease in detail.Result: The patient presents rash scattered in all arms and legs., combined the methods include bone marrow cytology, cell chemical stain, cell immunophenotype, differential diagnosis and others, diagnoses it as CBL finally.Conclusions: CBL is a kind disease of low incidence, with slowly progress, may exist associate with myeloproliferative diseases. There’s no unified classification, diagnosis and treatment criterion, cellular and molecular genetics need to be pay more attention to so that they may guide the treatment. |
