The Clinical Research Of High Myopia Cataract Intraocular Lens Reserved Diopter

Objective To research the high myopia cataract patients after Ultrasonic emulsification combined intraocular lens implantation,different length of optic axis with best reserved degree of intraocular lensMethod 103 cases of patients with high myopia with cataract eyes visual function after surgery for satisfaction survey, collection of postoperative visual function satisfying the patient’s age, gender, preoperative A ultrasound measurement of the lens degree, intraoperative implantation of intraocular lens degree and corrected visual acuity after3 months of operation, compare preoperative forecast figure and postoperative 3 months diopter,different stage length of optic axis group of patientsr. Compare and analysis each group,.Results Three groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative 3 months have significant statistical differences between vision correction(P<0.05). Preoperative and postoperative 3 months actual measurement between diopter number have statistical significance(P<0.05).The length of optic axis group,L< 27mm、 27<L≤30mm 、 30mm<L, the three groups respectively in D <100 、100<D≤200 、200<D≤300 groups have obvious statistical significance(P < 0.05).Conclusion Three groups of patients 3 months after operation, the corrected visual acuity was better than preoperative,The length of optic axis group L<27mm bestintraocular lens reserved diopteris D <100.The length of optic axis group27<L≤30mm bestintraocular lens reserved diopteris 100<D≤200. The length of optic axis group 30mm<L bestintraocular lens reserved diopteris 200<D≤300.The longer optic axis length,the deeper degree should be reserved.
