The Clinical Study Of Yinxiebing-1 Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris Of Blood-heat Type

Objective:To observe the Yinxiebing-1 clinial effect of treating psoriasis of blood-heat type and study it’s infulence on Levels of IL-2、TNF-α in the Serum of Patients with Psoriasis Vulgaris.Method:Clinical Research:93 cases of psoriasis vulgaris are randomized into two groups---chinese experimental group(Yinxiebing-1 group) and control group(Xiaoyinjiaonang group).during the 8-week treatment course,observeing the skin distribution range,erythema severity,scale thickness,soakage degree,itching degree and so on,to determine the effect. Respectively test levels of IL-2、TNF-α in the serum of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Result:the healing rate and total effective rate of the experimental group are 37.50% and 93.75% respectively while that of the control group are 15.56%and 75.56%respectively. There are significant deviation between the two groups(P<0.05). The experiment shows that Yinxiebing-1 can inhibit levels of IL-2、TNF-α in the serum of patients with psoriasis vulgaris.Conclusion:Yinxiebing-1 has confirm curative effect of treating psoriasis vulgaris and low recurrence rate.The mechanism of action may be related with its effect of inhibiting levels of IL-2、TNF-α.
