Objetive:Discussion HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma after radical resec tion given anti-viral treatment, can improve the prognosis of HBV-related HC C patients and reduce the recurrence rate of the tumor and prolong survival tim e of patients. Methods:A retrospective analysis method, based on inclusion and exclusion c riteria were randomly selected in January 2008--January 2011, Ningxia Medi cal University General Hospital of Hepatobiliary Surgery to accept radical sur gical treatment of liver cancer HBV-related hepatocellular carcinoma in 76 pat ients, according to whether patients were given anti-viral treatment the patient s were divided into Intervention group (n=39) and control group (n=37), patien ts were analyzed changes in liver function, HBV-DNA, Child classification, A FP, PT and relapse rate, whether the tumor-free survival rate was statistically significant, using SPSS17.0 software data processing, computing-free survival using the Kaplan-Meier method, with P<0.05 was considered statistically sign ificant. Results:Two groups of patients after 1、6、12 month’s serum total bilirubin did not change significantly, there was no statistically significant; but patients in the control group1、6、12 month’s AST, ALT changes in the patient group was significantly higher than the difference there was statistically significant; Intervention and control group were no statistically significant differences in changes in albumin; post-operative 1、6、12 month’s PT showed no statistical ly significant; AFP after 1、6、12 month’s intervention and control groups sh owed no statistically significant; two groups of patients after surgery Child gra del、6、12 month’s differences were statistically significant, preoperative H BV-DNA load was no significant difference statistically significant, after the t wo groups in 6、12 month, HBV-DNA negative load change and rate of chang e, the differences were statistically significant; overall recurrence rate betwee n the two groups was statistically significant; the two groups free survival pati ents continue to decrease over time, the patient group free survival was signifi cantly higher than the control group, disease-free survival between the two gro ups, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:HCC after curative resection given active antiretroviral therapy can improve patients’ liver function reserve, effectively reduce the replication of hepatitis B patients with HBV-DNA levels, reduce the relapse rate and prol ong survival in patients with tumor-free time.
