Objective:To investigate the expression of NOB1, GPNMB and Tpl-2 in renal clear cell carcinoma and its effect on invasion and metastasis. Methods:The expression of NOB1,GPNMB, Tpl-2 was detected by immunohistochemical method in 82 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma tissues and adjacent non tumor tissues.Analyse the differences of the positive expression intensity of NOB1,GPNMB, Tpl-2 in different in different clinical stages and pathological grades of renal clear cell carcinoma and the correlation of NOB1, GPNMB, Tpl-2 expression with and age, gender, tumor size.Results:1.The positive expression rate of NOB1 in renal clear cell carcinoma was 97.6%, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent non tumor tissues(56.1%), the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.001). There was no significant difference in the positive level expression of NOB1 in localized renal cell carcinoma, locally advanced renal cell carcinoma and metastatic renal cell carcinoma(P=0.153). In different pathological grading of renal clear cell carcinoma, the expression of NOB1 had no significant difference between the positive rating(P=0.350). There was no correlation between NOB1 positive expression and gender(P > 0.05), age(P > 0.05) and tumor size(P > 0.05).2.The positive expression rate of GPNMB in renal clear cell carcinoma was 70.7%, which was significantly lower than that in adjacent non tumor tissues(P < 0.001). There was significant difference in the positive level expression of GPNMB in localized renal cell carcinoma, locally advanced renal cell carcinoma and metastatic renal cell carcinoma, and increased with tumor clinical staging(P=0.009), and the positive level of GPNMB expression was gradually rising trend. There was no significant difference in the expression of GPNMB in renal clear cell carcinoma in different pathological grades(P=0.344). The positive expression of GPNMB was not correlated with gender(P > 0.05), age(P > 0.05) and tumor size(P > 0.05).3.The positive expression rate of Tpl-2 in renal clear cell carcinoma was 90.2%, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent non tumor tissues(P < 0.001). There was significant difference in the positive level expression of Tpl-2 in localized renal cell carcinoma, locally advanced renal cell carcinoma and metastatic renal cell carcinoma, and increased with tumor clinical staging( P=0.027), and with the increase of clinical stage of tumor, the positive grade of Tpl-2 expression showed a gradual upward trend. There was no significant difference in the expression of Tpl-2 in renal clear cell carcinoma in different pathological grades(P=0.091). There was no correlation between Tpl-2 positive expression and gender(P > 0.05), age(P > 0.05) and tumor size(P > 0.05).Conclusions:1.NOB1 may be related to the occurrence of renal clear cell carcinoma, which maybe has no effect on the invasion and metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma.2.GPNMB may occur with renal cell carcinoma, and renal cell carcinoma invasion and metastasis have possible effect.3.Tpl-2 may be related to the occurrence of renal clear cell carcinoma, and it has a possible effect on the invasion and metastasis of renal clear cell carcinoma.
