Objective To investigate the advantages and disadvantages of endoscopic-laparoscopic techniques by comparing the data of LC+LCBDE and ERCP+LC.Methodology According to Inclusion Criteria and Exclusion Criteria, the data of 34 patients suffered from cholecystocholedocholithiasis who were hospitalized in the Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,General hospital of Ningxia Medical University from April, 2015 to March,2016,was collected for a clinical retrospective analysis. All of 34 patients were randomized into LC+LCBDE group(12 cases) and ERCP+LC group(22 cases) by table of random number. All patients were operated by the associate chief surgeon and above who worked in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery,General hospital of Ningxia Medical University. Then, the data were collected and compared using SPSS 17.0.Results 1.All the 34 patients were cured and the results were satisfactory.2.The data of LC+LCBDE group and ERCP+LC group on operative time, eating time of patients after undergoing, the time of intubatio, the rate of convertion to laparotomy, the rate of postoperative complications, postoperative bellyache no statistically significant difference,by statistical comparison of p>0.05.3.The postoperative complications of LC+LCBDE group were liver function damage(1/12) and bile leakage from T-tubes(1/12); ERCP+LC group of complications were liver damage(1/22) and hyperamylasemia(5/22).4.LC+LCBDE group and ERCP+LC group in the amount of bleeding during the operation, stone clearance rates, postoperative vomiting, total hospitalization time, the cost differences were statistical significance, p<0.05.Conclusions 1.The two surgical methods of LC+LCBDE and ERCP+LC were both effective and reasonable minimally invasive treatment.Besides, the operations could reduce the suffering of patents significantly.2.The two methods of surgical treatments in the operation time, postoperative eating time, intubation time, conversion rates, the total complication rates of recent clinical efficacy were not statistically significant.3.The two methods of surgical treatments in stone clearance rates, postoperative vomiting, bleeding during operation, hospitalization time, the cost had significant difference,LC+LCBDE group had an advantage over ERCP+LC group.4.Two surgical treatments of Cholecystocholedocholithiasis were effective, satisfactory. Clinicians should select the appropriate surgical treatment according to the specific conditions of patients. In that way, we could propose reference for the individualized therapy. |
