With the continuous development and progress of society,health-care services in China also in the continuous reform; at the same time,medical industry market is gradually opening up,resulting in the market in various forms of medical institutions. All medical institutions to in the competition to highlight their own, continue to strengthen hospital environment construction and improve its medical technology. Therefore, the hospital competition gradually from the medical environment,technology into the competition between medical service quality. As is known to all, the measure of hospital service quality is customer satisfaction. In order to improve the hospital management level,improve the service quality of the hospital,reduce the contradiction between doctors and patients; from The customer satisfaction of,on the quality of medical services for in-depth research and analysis. The medical institutions must be "customer satisfaction" as the ultimate purpose. Facing the people's growing demand for medical services. This requires medical institutions must continue our efforts to customer satisfaction to enhance; only in this way can we seize market opportunities,in the fierce competition in the medical market get rapid development.This paper mainly elaborates from five parts. Firstly, it introduces prospects for the development of the private medical services,medical industry customer satisfaction research background and the research significance; second summarized the research status of domestic and foreign scholars on the impact of hospital customer satisfaction factors and customer satisfaction; finally,put forward the ideas and methods of this study. Then it introduces the concept of customer satisfaction and the characteristics; on the basis of the theoretical model of customer satisfaction is introduced; by absorbing the research results of the predecessors of scholars at home and abroad,summed up the influence hospital main factors of customer satisfaction. Then analyzes the present situation of L Hospital; understand L Hospital in Development difficulties and problems, and for the development of L Hospital providesfeasibility and reasonable suggestions. The fourth part is customer satisfaction model is constructed. In this part, combined with the special nature of plastic surgery hospital,concluded that may influence customer satisfaction of Hospital of the observed variables and research hypotheses. For L Hospital build customer satisfaction assessment theory model,then l hospital customer satisfaction through a rigorous,standardized questionnaire. Finally according to the satisfaction survey results,guidance of hospital management in view of the existing problems that make rectification. In order to improve the customer satisfaction in private hospitals proposed is of practical significance Suggestions.
