| Objective: To explore mechanism in the development of colorectal adenocarcinoma,the expressions of Snail,Desmoplakin,E-cadherin and Vimentin in colorectal adenocarcinoma and corresponding normal tissues were detected.The relationship between Snail,Desmoplakin and EMT was analyzed.To explore the role of the intestinal dysbacteriosis in the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma,the comparition of the intestinal dysbacteriosis between colorectal adenocarcinoma patients and volunteers without intestinal disease was determined.Methords: 200 cases of colorectal adenocarcinoma and corresponding normal tissues were collected were collected from surgical oncology,gastrointestinal surgery and anorectal department of Tangshan Gongren Hospital with from September 2013 and May 2016.The expressions of Snail and Desmoplakin in colorectal adenocarcinoma and corresponding normal tissues were detected,while E-cad and Vimentin expressions in colorectal adenocarcinoma tissues were detected,E-cad expression deletion and(or)Vimentin positive expression were determined to occur EMT.The relationship between intestinal dysbacteriosis,Snail,Desmoplakin and clinical pathological characteristics including colorectal adenocarcinoma differentiation,Dukes stage and EMT was analyze.Colorectal adenocarcinoma feces above-mentioned and 100 cases volunteers without intestinal disease feces were collected.The difference of intestinal dysbacteriosis in colorectal carcinoma and volunteers without intestinal was compared by direct fecal smear test.The software SPSS version 21.0 was used for statistical analysis.Count data rate were analyzed by chi-square test.If P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Results:1 The expression of Snail in carcinoma tissues and the clinicopathological significanceThe expression of Snail in carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in the corresponding normal tissues(P<0.05).The positive rate of Snail protein in patients of poorly differentiation was obviously higher than that of patients of well and moderately differentiation,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).The positive rate of Snail protein in patients with Dukes C,D was obviously higher than that of patients with Dukes A,B,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).The positive rate of Snail protein in patients with EMT was obviously higher than that of patients without EMT,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).There was no significance in different gender,age,tumor location,differentiation(P>0.05).2 The expression of Desmoplakin in carcinoma tissues and the clinicopathological significanceThe expression of Desmoplakin in carcinoma tissues was significantly lower than those in the corresponding normal tissues(P<0.05).The positive rate of Desmoplakin protein in patients of poorly differentiation was obviously lower than that in patients of well and moderately differentiation,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).The positive rate of Desmoplakin protein in patients with Dukes C,D was obviously lower than that of patients with Dukes A,B,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).The positive rate of Desmoplakin protein in patients with EMT was obviously lower than that of patients without EMT,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).There was no significance in different gender,age,tumor location,differentiation(P>0.05).3 The relationship between Intestinal dysbacteriosis and colorectal adenocarcinomaThe rate of intestinal dysbacteriosis in colorectal adenocarcinoma group was significantly higher than volunteers without intestinal disease group(P<0.05).Intestinal dysbacteriosis in colorectal adenocarcinoma patients was related to Dukes stages of colorectal adenocarcinoma in the patients.The rate of intestinal dysbacteriosis in Dukes C and Dukes D was significantly higher than that in Dukes A and Dukes B,there was a significant difference between them(P<0.05).Intestinal dysbacteriosis in colorectal adenocarcinoma patients was not related with gender,age,tumor location,differentiation and EMT(P>0.05).4 The relationship between Snail,Desmoplakin and Intestinal dysbacteriosisThe expressions of Snail,Desmoplakin were no statistically significant difference between intestinal dysbacteriosis patients and patients without intestinal disease group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Snail,Desmoplakin might pay a role in process of colorectal adenocarcinoma EMT and contribute to the occurrence,infiltration and metastasis of colorectal adenocarcinoma by EMT mechanism.2 intestinal dysbacteriosis might play an important role in the development of colorectal carcinoma.3 Internal relations of EMT related proteins and the intestinal dysbacteriosis was not found. |
