| Objective:The purpose of this study is to observe the efficacy of Panax Notoginseng combined with Doxium in the treatment of non-proliferating diabetic retinopathy, in order to provide some new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:The total research objects from April 2013 to March 2015 in Huaian Qingpu District Community Health Service Station outpatient treatment of diagnosis of 80 patients with non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,40 cases each group, two groups of patients during the study period were in strict control of blood glucose, and active treatment of primary disease, such as hypertension, high blood lipid, and the control group patients adopted Doxium treatment,0.5g/time,3 times/day. The treatment group added Notoginseng powder blunt on the basis of Doxium treatment,2g/time,3 times/day,3 months after treatment in both groups to test fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlC), blood lipid, visual acuity and fundus hemorrhage, seepage, the change of the micro hemangioma, to compare and analyze the curative effect of two groups of patients, and using statistical analysis of relevant data.Application SPSS 17.0 software for statistical analysis, measurement data to use x±s, between the groups compared with the t-test; Difference of results was statistically significant at P< 0.05.Results:1 Changes in blood glucose after treatment:the treatment group 3 months after treatment in patients with fasting blood glucose levels are decreased, the control group no significant change. Through independent sample t-test, the control group and treatment group before treatment no significant difference, fasting glucose treatment group fasting glucose is lower than the control group after treatment (P< 0.05), the difference is statistically significant, effect of the fasting blood glucose control show that the treatment group is better than that of control group.2 Glycosylated hemoglobin changes after treatment:the treatment group 1,2 month has no obvious change, the first 3 month of different levels decline, total effective rate 85%, control group no significant change. Through independent sample t-test, glycosylated hemoglobin before treatment control group and treatment group no significant difference, treatment group of glycosylated hemoglobin is lower than the control group after treatment (P< 0.05), the difference statistically significant, effect of the glycosylated hemoglobin control show that the treatment group is better than the control group.3 Two groups after treatment in patients with blood lipid changes:clinical observation results show that the treatment group after treatment significantly lower TG, TC, LDL-CH, HDL-CH increased significantly, compared with before treatment, there was significant difference (P< 0.05), compared with control group with significant difference (P< 0.05)), the treatment group can improve lipid metabolism disorders in patients with DR, and curative effect is superior to the control group.4 Vision changes after treatment:the vision of the two groups of patients were improved to a certain extent before and after treatment, the effective rate of the treatment group was 92.6%, and the control group was 78.0%.And the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group.5 Fundus changes after treatment:fundus examination index of the two groups had different degrees of improvement, the treatment group effective rate was 87.0%, the control group effective rate was 70%, The significant difference of two groups has statistical significance (P< 0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Panax notoginseng has the functions of regulating blood sugar,enhancing eyesight,improving eyeground hemorrhage, exudation, micro hemangioma lesions, and combining with Doxium in the treatment of non-proliferating diabetic retinopathy, has significant curative effect. So it is worthy of clinicai application. |
