| Objective:Using blood oxygenation level dependent functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) technology, was observed in the test group in stretching therapy combined with electroacupuncture on head treatment task stimuli in areas of the brain activated instant effect, and the differences between with the control group simple head electro acupuncture in the treatment of functional brain areas activated immediate effect. To discuss the stretching therapy with head electro acupuncture on post stroke limb spasm were treated by functional areas of the cerebral activation characteristics and for further study of stroke after passive stretching exercise to affect muscle tension and the treatment of limb spasticity of central mechanism provide meaningful clues.Methods:This study take the patient accord with Inclusion criteria to randomly assigned as experimental group 15 cases and control group 15 cases, the test group adopted stretching therapy combined with electroacupuncture on head treatment; the control group using a simple head of electroacupuncture treatment respectively.
