| Femoral neck fracture is a common fracture disease which easily causes serious complications like avascular necrosis and collapse of femoral head,so the healing rate is lower.Femoral neck fracture is a focus and difficulties in medical community during past few years.Doctors advocate aggressive surgical therapy in modern orthopedics to treat femoral neck fracture.The treatment is divided into 3 stages: fracture reduction,internal fixation ways selection and nail-pierced operation.Traditionally,expect for surgical technique,the internal fixation way are also controlled by doctors who relies solely on practical experience which usually leads to the rationality of structural mechanics ignored and lacks of scientific theory.An optimal system of internal fixation ways for femoral neck fracture is developed in this paper from the view of biomedical engineering.Aim to avoid the adverse consequences which cause by anthropogenic factor in the surgery and assist users to find out the number of tightening screw,the fixed angle and combinatorial ways of the optimal result to doctors.Doctors perform the operations depend on the result which has selected.On the basis of analyzing the mechanics relation between lo ad and femur by Saint Venant principle in this paper propose 5 parameters to evaluate the effects of internal fixation ways which include sinking displacement,lateral displacement,torsional displacement,sum displacement of femur and Opening displacement between fracture surfaces.Moreover summarize the correlationship between displacement of each direction,the fracture displacement of the clinical trial data and the internal fixation wayss;present an evaluation algorithm complied by C++.T he system selects the optimal internal fixation way by the evaluation algorithm.In the study,aiming build individualized femur model,personalized internal fixation ways after fractured and solution,parameterized finite element language is used to compile frame codes.According to the accurate mechanical model of femur which proposed by Scig e and the equilibrium equations of force and moment,establish the personalized mechanical model of femur and solve by mathematical software.Set up a software system to settle th e optimization problem by object-oriented language which is able to set parameters and transfer the results solve by FEM to the APDL frame codes.Then apply the evaluation algorithm to find out the most reasonable internal fixation ways for femoral neck fr acture.Strive to realize the whole work including the preprocessing,solution and post-processing by FEM in one system on the condition that only have CT images and offer the optimal plan to users.Provide the theoretical guidance to clinical selection of internal fixation ways from the prospective of engineering and a new thought for biomechanics. |
