| Strengthening the sharing of medical information is the trend of the domestic medical service system,and the new stage of internet medical development.Laboratory information management system(LIMS)as the hospital clinical laboratory information exchange support platform,which integrates different types of medical equipment and data storage,the way of expression and exchange mode are different between devices,leading to the information system having trouble to achieve data exchange and sharing.Overcoming the "information island" and solving the interoperability problem between different utility systems have been recognized technical difficulties in the medical field.This paper focuses on the research of interface standardization based on clinical information exchange platform,by carrying out the work on the unification of data format and standardization of exchange methods to realize the comprehensive sharing of inspection information.The main contents of this paper include the following four points:Firstly,in order to reduce the complexity of medical information interaction and improve the efficiency of information exchange,this paper based on LIMS designs a set of schemes on the application of the interface standardization of clinical laboratory equipment,by establishing a good channel for information exchange between different types of hardware,operating system and data interface,to ensure fast and effective medical information transmission under different operating platforms.Secondly,aiming at the characteristics of many kinds of equipment and various interface forms,a gateway conversion device which can support different types of interface type inspection equipment is designed.Gateway uses embedded development technology to analyze the equipment interface data and unify it.The design of the gateway realizes the universal interface conversion of several kinds of medical inspection equipment and provides a good hardware platform for simplifying the access mode of entity objects in LIMS.Thirdly,according to the complex interaction between entities in LIMS and based on the analysis and understanding of DICOM 3.0,combined with the OSI model,the LIMS interaction protocol that meet the laboratory requirements is established.This paper focuses on designing the communication protocol of LIMS system model,building a client server asynchronous network simulation platform and designing interface program of normalized communication based on the standardization of data formats and unified data exchange,and solves the information exchange in LIMS network consistency problem.Finally,in the experiment,to access the urine analyzer as an example.Through the interface program to test the entire network communication environment,which achieves the conversion of the protocol from the device to the LIMS server.Not only the result is consistent with expectations but also the feasibility and practicability of the scheme are verified. |
