Objective1)Using relevant software to establish the middle part fracture of the radius and ulna of finite element model in neutrual,pronation supination external fixation splint.2)To research the distribution of displacement and stress of double fracture of forearm which fixed in different position.Methods1)A healthy male left forearm of 26 years old was scanned in neutral position with 64 spiral CT.Through X-ray photographs to excluded the man had no bone diseases.A three-dimensional finite element model(FEM)of radioulnar fixed with splint by Mimic S14.11 software.Then the three types of fracture of ulna and radius were established through Mimics 、 Geomagc Studio、 Abaqus and orther software.2)Set the boundary and load conditions with the established finite element model,the simulation of three kinds of fixed position under the loading of 800g(8N)the size of the force on the splint,and simulated in pronation,pronation and supination 22 N,supination 22 N load,analysis of three different fixed position under the ulna the displacement and stress conditions.Results1)Using Mimics 、 Geomagc Studio 、 Abaqus software to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of ulna and radius,and double fracture of ulna and radius,and different positions of splint external fixation.2)Using FEM of radius and ulna fracture with fixation splint in three different positions about the stability analysis.Result show that the stability of the best in the neutral position,when fixed in neural.Conclusions1)By using relevant software to established the finite element model of ulna and radius,and double fracture of ulna and radius,and different positions of splint external fixation.2)The results showed that the displacement of the ulna and radius in the neutral was less than that of the pronation and supination position,and the stability was the best in the neutral position.Splint treatment of fracture fixation is a reliable fixed position.3)FEM and other animal or specimens erperimental study on test methods have advantages and disadvantages,both should be combined with together to make up for each other,to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the experimental results,in order to obtain a scientific and reasonable results.4)The technique of FEA was applied to the Traditional Chinese Orthopedics,which provides a new method of thinking for the modernization and scientization of TCO. |
