| Objective: This study focuses on the correlation between newly diagnosed type2 diabetic patients with stage two commonly used hypoglycemic drugs and the clinical stage of common TCM Constitution,choose antidiabetic drug metformin and repaglinide,observation of the two drugs respectively for five kinds of Chinese medicine constitution diabetes stage of the patients,analysis of the effect of different physical differences the patients include blood glucose control and the corresponding improvement of symptoms,and summarizes the effects of the two kinds of hypoglycemic drugs reflected in Chinese medicine with dialectical method,provides a reasonable basis for the prevention and treatment of diabetes with hypoglycemic drugs and traditional Chinese med icine program.Method: Collected in the Department of Endocrinology patients who conformed to the standard,according to the patient’s medical history,symptoms and signs were sorted out five kinds of TCM Constitution common patients including Qi deficiency,phlegm dampness,dampness heat,yin deficiency,Yang defic iency.The metformin group 200 cases,100 cases of repaglinide group(repag linide group 2H blood glucose determination column Nai only after the meal two for each group),20 cases of constitution,a total of 300 cases,the metformin group(E group)and metformin treatment effect of taking patients were collected including 2H fasting blood glucose and postprandial blood glucose values;repaglinide group(R group)were collected in patients taking repaglinide group treatment effect,2h postprandial blood glucose monitoring,treatment treatment for 2 months,after the constitution of traditional Ch inese medicine to compare the patients with two kinds of hypoglycemic tre atment respectively,and the corresponding changes of blood glucose before and after the improvement of the symptoms of repaglinide and metformin for what kind of TCM Constitution of patients with type 2 diabetes and the bestTwo types of hypoglycemic agents have significant effects on the improvement of symptoms Results: The results show that the results from the treatment of blood glucose of patients before and after treatment with metformin for five kinds of tr aditional Chinese Medicine Constitution of fasting blood glucose and post prandial blood glucose were statistically significant differences in 2H,in which the Qi and Tanshi patients before and after treatment of blood glucose difference;from the point of view of the degree of improvement of symptoms,metformin for fatigue and burnout symptoms of qi deficiency and five upset hot,hot flashes sweating deficiency symptoms improved best.Repaglinide for Qi deficiency,phlegm,statistically significant differences in blood glucose in patients before and after the treatment of damp heat constitution,espe cially the difference of blood glucose before and after the treatment of 2H patients with Yin deficiency after meals,for Yang deficiency patients is not ideal;in terms of symptoms,for five upset hot,hot flashes sweating defi ciency symptoms improved significantly.Conclusion: Metformin has certain universality,Qi deficiency for different physical effects in newly diagnosed patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,phlegm dampness,dampness heat,yin deficiency,Yang deficiency patients can use the best of qi deficiency and phlegm dampness effect,so it can be used as the main hypoglycemic drugs,and drug resistance is neutral,for less gas weakness,fatigue,five upset hot,hot flashes sweating symptoms have improved significantly,can consider targeted therapy with repaglinide and traditional Chinese medicine.Especially suitable for the treatment of diabetic patients with Yin deficiency,cold resistance,Yang deficiency patients should use less as far as possible,for five upset hot,hot flashes sweating symptoms obviously,if necessary,can cooperate with treatment with traditional Chinese medicine of nourishing yin and clearing heat. |
