Objective:To retrospectively analyze the correlation between preoperative examination, ultrasonography, tumor metabolism imaging, core needle biopsy, postoperative pathology, immunohistochemical and axillary lymph node metastasis in breast cancer,to build a predictive model to predict the probability of ALNM.Methods:Collect data of 434 cases of breast cancer in our hospital.Single factor analysis and multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to analyze the predictive value of age, breast tumor location(left or right),quadrant, size, motion, texture, adhesions, axillary lymph node size, texture, fusion, ultrasound report tumor size, quadrant, blood flow signal,calcification,border,BI-RADS classification, axillary lymph node assessment, size, border, fusion, suspicious lymph node cortical thickness, blood flow signal,CNB pathology imformation like histological type,ER,PR,Ki-67,Her-2,FISH,postoperative pathological imfomation like histological type, histological grade(WHO),tumor size, multifocal, lymphatics, vasculature, skin, nerve, muscle invasion, and immunohistochemistry and molecular typing in axillae involvement of breast cancer.Build a predictive model to predict the probability of ALNM in Chinese. Results:Tumor size in Ultrasonography, pathological histological type,PR,vasculature and nipple invasion were introduced into the logistic regression equation successively. The OR values were 1.379,1.756,2.658,6.884,4.277.The prediction model of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer was obtained:Logit(P)=-5.167+0.321*F1+0.563*F2+0.978*F3+1.929*F4+1.453*F5.Conclusions:Tumor size in Ultrasonography, pathological histological type,PR,vasculature and nipple invasion are the independent predictive factors in axillary lymph nodes metastasis of breast cancer.
