| Objective:The article is aim at analysis of GERD rats Ren and Du meridians temperature characteristics through compare with treatment which on the therapy with finger on back-shu point before and after and explore calmodulin expression in cells,explained pathogenesis and treatment mechanism from chinese traditional medicine and medical molecular biology,provide the corresponding reference in the future clinical prevention,diagnosis and treatment.Method:According to completely random method will 120 SD rats were divided into blank,model group,control group,treatment group,30 in each group.Using cardiac rims fixed legal system for GERD rats model,the blank group and model group do not intervene treatment,treatment,treatment group to implement the back shu pointer for 14 consecutive days,the control shall be orchid sola azole enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride combined moser lavage treatment,will the dispersible tablet for 14 consecutive days.In before and after the treatment of the 1 day,7 days and 14 days application of infrared thermal imaging detection GERD rats of both pulse points as overseers skin temperature changes.After the experiment,the central distance upper 1/3 distal gastric movement pacemaker district organization,using reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR)method to detect GERD CaM in the distal stomach Cajal interstitial cells of the gene expression.Results:1.Ren du second pulse each acupoint infrared skin temperature detection resultsTreatment of day 1,model group,control group and treatment group compared with the blank group,the da-zhui acupuncture point,to Yang acupuncture point,Ming men,dan zhong in the skin temperature is decreased obviously(p<0.05),zhong wan acupuncture point,guan yuan of acupuncture point skin temperature increased significantly(p<0.05).The seventh day of treatment,compared with model group and treatment group,the blank group,the da-zhui acupuncture point,to zhi yang,"Ming men,dan zhong,zhong wan acupuncture point,guan yuan of acupuncture point skin temperature significantly decreased(p<0.05).Compared with the control group,the da-zhui acupuncture point,and Yang hole,dan zhong,zhong wan acupuncture point,guan yuan of acupuncture point significantly decreased(p<0.05),"Ming men without significantly decreased(p>0.05).Treatment for 14 days,the model group compared with control group,treatment group,the da-zhui acupuncture point,to zhi yang,"Ming men,dan zhong,zhong wan acupuncture point,close yuan of acupuncture point skin temperature significantly decreased(p<0.05).Compared with the blank group,Ming men,dan zhong,significantly decreased(p<0.05).The da-zhui acupuncture point,to zhi yang,often in the guan yuan without significantly decreased(p>0.05).2.As overseers both pulse infrared temperature test results Treatment of day 1,model group,control group and treatment group compared with the blank group,ren meridian mean temperature increased significantly(p<0.05),du meridian mean temperature decreased obviously(p<0.05).Treatment for 7 days,compared to model group and treatment group,ren meridian are temperature,du meridian mean temperature decreased obviously(p<0.05),compared with the blank group,control group,the ren meridian are temperature,du meridian temperature has no obvious difference(p>0.05).Treatment for 14 days,the model group compared with control group,treatment group,ren meridian and du meridian temperature significant lower(p<0.05),compared with the blank group,ren meridian are temperature,du meridian are temperature,no obvious difference.3.The gastric antrum Cajal interstitial cells calmodulin gene expressionThe model group rats gastric antrum Cajal interstitial cells of the gene expression by CaM(p>0.05),the use of western medicine and back shu pointer after treatment can make the CaM gene expression level(p<0.05),and the treatment group of CaM gene expression were significantly higher than control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Ren du second pulse acupoint skin temperature changes associated with the pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease.GERD ren du second pulse points of the rat skin temperature was lower than those of normal rat skin temperature,and use the back shu pointer after treatment can improve the du two vein skin temperature.Recite a pointer might be effective in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease mechanism by improving the ren du two bullishness of arteries and veins.2.GERD calmodulin rat gastric antrum Cajal cells decline is likely to be one of the pathogenesis of gastroesophageal reflux disease.3.Recite pointer treatment effect on the treatment of GERD is likely to be through the gastric antrum Cajal interstitial cells gene expression of calmodulin,promote gastric antrum pacemaker area movement. |
