Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of balloon dilatation combined with abdominal acupuncture in the treatment of dysphagia caused by delayed pharyngeal muscle loss after stroke,it is designed to provide a clinical basis for the selection of more effective treatment measures, and to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of dysphagia caused by delayed pharyngeal muscle loss after stroke. Methods: A total of 93 patients with dysmenorrhea caused by delayed pharyngeal laryngeal dyssynchronia after randomized stroke were randomly divided into observation group,A treatment group and B treatment group according to the random number table according to 1: 1: 1 ratio, with each 31 cases. All patients were selected according to the routine treatment of neurology to improve the circulation, nutrition and secondary prevention of stroke, etc, while actively dealing with and prevention of complications. The observation group in the conventional neurology basic treatment while giving laryngeal elevation training.A group of treatment group in the observation group based on the treatment of catheter drainage to fully expand the ring pharyngeal muscle.B treatment group in the observation group based on the treatment of catheter balloon surgery combined with abdominal acupuncture treatment. The end point of the treatment was assessed for the safety of oral ingestion or treatment for 1 month(calculated in 30 days). The assessment of the degree of dysphagia in the three groups of patients at admission and at the end of treatment, and the results of VFSS examination,The clinical efficacy. Results: The results showed that the swallowing function of the three groups was improved after treatment, and the swallowing function of the three groups was compared after one month of treatment. It is showed that the swallowing function of the three groups was improved after treatment,(P<0.05).The improvement of swallowing function in group B was better than that in A group and observation group, and the treatment group A was better than observation group. From the clinical efficacy analysis, according to the assessment of the efficacy of Wuta drinking water test evaluation of three groups of patients after treatment swallowing function, which observation group marked in 5 cases, effective in 8 cases,14 cases were ineffective,3cases were increased, the total effective rate of 43.3%;A treatment 12 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 71.0%;B treatment group was markedly effective in23 cases, effective in 6 cases, ineffective in 2 cases,no aggravated cases, the total effective rate was 93.5%.B treatment group was significantly better than the A treatment group and observation group, and A treatment group than the observation group, the statistical data analysis, there are statistical significance,P <0.05.Conclusion: 1.Catheter balloon surgery combined with abdominal acupuncture treatment of post-stroke pharyngeal muscle relaxation caused by swallowing disorders have a definite effect, and significantly better than only with catheter drainage surgery group.2.Catheter balloon surgery combined with abdominal needle for the treatment of post-stroke pharyngeal muscle loss of relaxation treatment is simple, economical and practical, less side effects, safe and feasible, patients easy to accept,it is worth further application.
